Terms of Use: Are they new or different from before?

I noticed David posted Terms of Use yesterday. Someone else mentioned in a post that these are "new" rules? They look the same to me...or am I missing something? I want to be sure I don't do anything against the TOU.

Jen, you are absolutely right - they are the identical terms that you agreed to when you registered. It seemed that not everyone read them before "agreeing" so we thought making them a bit more visible would encourage reading! ::nod
Guess we were right if someone thought they were "new"! :exactly:
