Sincemessage file size on theAbe Forumis limited to 100K make sure to create smaller file size versions of your photos. Most digital camera images are well over one Megabyte(1,000K) and must be shrunk down before you canpost them here.

I'll be back to post some that I took aboard ship as soon as I do that.

Why an Abe cruise is so much fun...

First off, your new abode is much more impressive than the old 3 bd 2 ba fixer upper back home.

And dinnertime can be a real Abe-fest - with over a hundred Abe heads chowing down, talking up a storm and having a great time mixing two passions at once - food and philosophy.

Jerry and Esther host a nice cocktail party for the Abraham group. In this shot, a couple from Mexico (former Canadians) enjoy their wine.

Well, since I didn't ask these nice folks first if they wanted to be stars on the ABe Forum I have decided to replace them for the time being with another shot.

Ever wonder what happens tothat luggage you put out in the hallwaythe night before the cruise ends? Wonder no more...

More stuff to do on a cruise: Take in a show - in this case, a singing contest. You might recognize the backs of the heads of the two people in front of the camera.

Thank you, Mr. Multiverse! I love seeing those. They take me back to my cruise experience and forward to new ones!

I too am a former Canadian turned Aber! ::LOL

Love and giggles,

Off board ship, you can find other reasons to go on an Abe Cruise:

Such as seeing a bus full of Abers, actually 11 busfulls of Abers, chugging around in Tunisia.

One last reason to go on an Abe cruise, or any cruise for that matter: to look for things to appreciate and other ways to live.

What if this were your window on the world?

MultiverseMan
06-13-2008, 05:00 PM
And this is what your window looked out on...

And your little town looked like this...

MultiverseMan

and you had lunch everyday here...

MultiverseMan
06-13-2008, 05:03 PM
and when you got hot you went swimming here...

MultiverseMan
06-13-2008, 05:05 PM
and when you wanted to get away you got into your boat and took a ride....

Andy, these pictures are amazing! You and David should get together and publish a travel photo book. Was that cafe in Sorrento? And the yachts... Monte Carlo?

HI Jody!

Yep, the yachts were in Monte Carlo. The cafe was in Nice.

I have found that you can make great photo books using the ShutterFly site. They look very professional and the quality of the pictures is great. Did you recognize yourself in that picture from the singing contest?

Andy, I DID recognize the backs of David's and my heads.. and I gotta say... we both need a haircut! :exactly:But that sure didn't spoil the fun of that evening. The girl that won the contest had such a great voice I wished we were there for a concert of just her singing!! Although, Brett, our Aber contestant was very entertaining - hamming it up with Julie Barr!

Aaaahhhh... the fun... that's the whole point isn't it?? And FUN IT WAS!!! ::grapevine::grapevine::grapevine::grapevine::grap evine

One last picture from me - this is a pin that they give out to each Abe participant on the cruise. Some folks have 6 or 7 of these! People wear them on their shirt or hat when they are out and about and it let's you know they are a fellow Aber.

Hi Qzi!

Love your handle - makes me feel like I am communicating with someone from far away. If you are like me you have many cruises awaiting in your VE. At the moment I am loving the ride on my stream that is taking me to them with perfect timing.
