I think you´r doing REALLY good!
My only advice that I could think of for you is to reach for more clarity. I experienced it myself- when I´m not reaching for clear expression, I get a lot confusion back.
So I trained myself to this. We are communicating on this Forum only, and your energy feels
-unique, special and loving- all in a very highvibing way-
-and also quite mixed up, what means: Not in your power.

I mirror this back to you only, because you asked for "any advice" and I feel, this could be a step for you that might help!

So, when you´r communicating, you could reach for
-per example- short and pregnant sentences,
-proper breaks inbetween the flow of information, so that it doesn´t get overwhelming for the reader
-Some dots where you end one thought... because it otherwise causes overwhelment, too.

I realized that it´s ALWAYS true- what I send out comes back to me. If I´m unclear, I get back confusion (not just in others but also in me, myself).
When I was so mixed up as you seem to me, myself, I was not taking TIME nor the CARE to honor myself in the way it would have been appropriate:
I was speaking and writing very fast, because I didn´t dare to "take my (!!) time".
I was confusing (to myself also) because I didn´t feel worthy to make "a big deal" around myself.

But- you ARE worthy. And if you don´t acknowledge this, yourself, and express it yourself (in such easy, daily-life-expressions as communicating on a Forum )-
then, you don´t have it.
