That banana was reeeeely big, Joseph! Are you on Raw Food?::devil

I am a vegetarian. Eat milk product and eggs. About 30% of my food (including bananas) is raw.

Sometimes I put all kind of fruits and vegetables and some liquid in the food processor. When I turn it on all of the cooperative components swirl in the vortex. Drinking directly from the vortex is heaven

Bucket list number #30. The Cape Tribulation coast. An emerald set in Tropical Far North Queensland, Australia. Where the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree rainforest meet. The only place on earth, where two World Heritage areas exist side by side. I amright in the middle of the most exhilarating ride of my entire life. A magical up-close and personal experience with the rainforest canopy. My feet don't touch the ground, literally. This is jungle surfing. Flying through the trees on flying fox ziplines. Pausing at 5 tree platforms to take in the spectacular bird’s eye view, over the treetops, down to cascading streams and out to the Great Barrier Reef. Add to that, the delightful sounds of the jungle; the hum of insects, the whoop of birds, the glug of gently flowing creeks and the crackle of leaves and branches, moving in the evening breeze. I am mesmerized by the beauty, life and tranquility of Earth’s oldest surviving tropical rainforest. My session began verytentatively, as I stepped off into the treetops. But here am I, on the final platform. Will I do it, I wonder? Do I feel confident enough? Hell yeah!! Screams a voice in my head. I launch myself from the platform, and soar through the treetops, . .. Up-Side-Down . . . OH MY GOD . . .WHAT ARUSH!! I want do THAT again.

You will begin to see manifestations coming that reflect your new-found vibration.

And so, as you begin to utilize this Virtual Reality in the powerful way that we are offering it to you, you will take 15 or 20 minutes, maybe two or three times a day, on subjects that are important to you, and you will jump in and imagine something just as you want it to be.

Dart in, have fun--and get out!

And if you find your mind wandering into the arena or area of trying to fix something that is broken, just laugh about it and leave the Virtual Reality. And say, I'll come back later and I'll be as pure as I can be. In other words, dart in, have fun, and then get out before you get negative.

And, in time, what will begin to happen to you is;
Your Virtual Reality vibration will become more dominant than your reality, or your telling it like it is.
And as that teeter-totter or weight-and-balance tips, then you will begin to see manifestations coming that reflect your new-found vibration.

Ah, waking up to a Sunday morning at Camelot is just so thrilling to me. The love of my life is curled up next to me in our grand king-size four poster bed.The french doors are open to the verandah, allowing a beautiful spring morning viewof ourrosegardens. It's cool enough for me to be cozy and warm in a pair of my favourite flannelette pajamas. The intercom beeps. Our chefannounces that our breakfast banquet is ready. Suddenly, Nathan isleaping out of bed, rushing outside, instructing me to, wait here. Two mintues later, he is back. Perched upon a golf buggy. He flashes me a mischievous smile and says, "Your chariot my lady". I'm beside myself in a fit of the giggles. He is so much fun. Still giggling, we're off. Racing around the farm in our pj's, trying to find which garden room, we're dining in this morning. And I'm thinking to myself as I look around in amazement, that they must have broken the mould when Camelot was created. Becausenever in my life have Iever seensuch beauty.Maybe Cape Tribulation came close, but not quite.

Controlling the way your body works and looks!
The Virtual Reality Process is for one purpose only, and that is to practice a vibration and make it dominant.
Everything that's happening in your life is because of whatever vibration is dominant. Wouldn't it be nice if you could make the vibration dominant on purpose?
Wouldn't it be nice that instead of vibrating as you learned to vibrate from your mother when you were 4, and without knowing it you've just continued to practice that, so it still dominates your vibration today.
So something that you've picked up a long time ago that doesn't have anything to do with who you now are, or what you now want, is still controlling the way people respond to you, and controlling things that come to you, and controlling the way your body works and looks.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could today make another decision about how you want to attract, and make that vibration dominant?
Don't you think it's worth a little bit of effort? We do.

livingourdream, you are totally gorgeous!!!! Here I go again.

This feels so good! I'm on my way to the beach on my brand new bike, I feel fantastic! Yesterday it only took me 25 minutes, I have so improved from 40 minutes a while back! The sky is a gorgeous shade of turquoise blue, the sea to my right is dark blue, and wonderfully calm. Oh, wow, look! Dolphins! They're duskys! How completely awesome, a big pod it is too. I'm gonna stop and take some photos.

The clock displays the numbers 5:43am. Numbers lining up. I take it as a sign of my alignment. It's rare that I don't see it. Iintend every night before I sleep, to wake naturally at this time, feeling totally refreshed. Still dressed in my pj's I slip quietly out through our french doors into the gardens. I can feel a warm easterly, an indicater of a very hot summer's day. I make my way along many different paths through 10 acres of amazing garden rooms, that lead me to my secret spot. At the base ofa massive 300 year old oak tree, is aladder, hidden by vines. I push them to one side, and begin to climb. It feels effortless to me asI go, higher and higher, way, way,up into the branches. An enormous tree house is waiting for me at the top. I smile as I remember my inspiration for this.Childhood stories about The Magic Faraway Tree, which is based onan enchanted forest, and a gigantic magical tree.Feeling like a child again. Excited bymagic and eager for life, I take a seat cross-legged on the floor. I close my eyes and focus on my breathing. I love to begin myday in this way. This is my time, for mediatation. This is where I go, to deliberately breathe myself back into alignment with the well-being that is natural to me. And I couldn't think of a better place to do it than in my magic faraway tree!
