Hi Moffy! Good see you here... I appreciate the quotes you posted about recognizing negative emotion... I love KNOWING that it's kind of like a gift to us, you know? It's not a "scary monster" that we have to hide from or fear and it is certainly not something like a noisy neighbor that we have to push against.

I have been successful doing VRs this week... I've done the same VR over and over (maybe with a little variation) and it's gotten to a point where I can actually FEEL it steadily so that I don't need to focus on the images or pictures so much... if you know what I mean.

Good afternoon Fukami! It's 1.30 pm here, on Saturday 19th Nov, and the weather is glor-i -ous!! I'm going to post a quote or two, and then Jack and I are going to get out and bask in this magnificent weather. There is not one cloud in the sky and the temp is a perfect 26 degrees and there is just a hint of cool breeze. Summer is just around the corner. How I love Summer. I love dusk during Summer.
