Much appreciation! Yes, I am okay with whatever I feel guided to. This morning I went right to a piece of cheese for breakfast which I have never done, and as I did it I wondered at the feeling of doing something different and I got a nod from my IB that it was meant to happen just that way. I am loving life, too!

Yes, sometimes I get reeeally thirsty for water and sometimes I find myself being given a deep breath (that is soooo cool!) and the sound of the little water fountain by me is very nice for feeling calm. I am going to sit by it while allowing the fast moving stream and see if I feel like I'm riding the fast moving stream with calm (rather than my slowing the stream to feel calm). I'm thinking of the feeling of being on a ship, how it is going along so strong and steady and my body finds its balance and I delight in the sensations and love the sensations!

I am delighting in all the commotion, all the discussion and conversation in the media, geniuses discussing quantum physics and spiritual masters discussing who we really are and giving wonderful presentations about how we create and in depth discussions that go on and on with those who are living lives of deliberate creation. And all this, because of one manifestation that got the attention of the world. A lotto drawing that had numbers that so amazed everyone in its seemingly unlikelihood that discussions about creation sprung forth. The winner of that lotto is on the speaker circuit with a book that has been in the works for some time. "Those who have had the privilege of knowing her say it was the next logical step," says American news anchor Brian Williams, "and our world seems to have woken up. It is the year 2012 and who we really are and our power to deliberately create is no longer something to scoff at. This is your news for this evening. Good night." [The music ending the broadcast is enhanced like never before.]
