I am alive! I am alive! I am alive!

Oops I screamed that. Everyone is staring at me. And then, and then someone yells, puts this heavy thing around my neck and even though I am all wet from swimming I get thrown up and down by the crowd. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!

I'm walking arm in arm with Mum. Really slow. We're just enjoying being together. She loves to take a stroll with me around the gardens of our Country Resort after our lunch date. It takes a couple of hours to see it all. Statues, fountains, waterfalls, bridges, arches, gazebo's, pots, urns, just to name a few. And then there's the variety of different garden rooms. It's like a maze with hidden little nooks to discover, where you can hide away to read, meditate, bask or sleep. Mum is telling me how my gardens are a real credit to my creative flair and that just being here brings her so much joy. She pauses to admire my show-stopping yellow and purple wisteria that are dazzling in full Spring bloom. It's the most photograped part of my garden. I love to bring joy to others. I love who I am. I feel very proud of myself.

    Fantasize
"Find some reason to ignore reality and fantasize about a vibrational reality and use your 'in the Vortex' time to practice a frequency that's different from the frequency of reality. Then when you practice a frequency that's different than reality, reality has to shift to the new frequency. And your neighbors will say, 'Whoa! What's happened to you??' And you'll say, 'I had a paradigm shift. I'm living a parallel life. I tapped into who I really am so who I wasn't can no longer be here where I am.' And they'll say, 'We'd like it if you move far away from here. Now that you've lost your mind completely.'" [Fun] Abraham-Hicks.com

This is what Jon Gabriel did every night for two years as he went to bed. He imagined the body on the right. The doctors were astounded that he showed no signs of being overweight for 11 years. No excess skin or stretch marks. No surgery. He lost 225 pounds. He says he did not diet but was inspired to ADD things to his diet.
He is the most wonderful example of using imagination combined with Abe's suggestion, the columnar pad for weightloss, from their weightloss DVD. They suggest it to the first lady on the DVD whose struggle with her body has her by the throat. Abe suggests that it is a good human technique to use ACTION to improve ENERGY. To do the easy things we believe we need to do to bring our body into alignment.
Jon used action by adding better quality food and exercise to his life which made him feel better and his alignment allowed his body to release the excess weight. All while focusing on the picture he wanted. I don't know if he's into Abe but he's a great example of what is possible. Livingourdream.

My stomach rippled with six or eight pack abbs, slim hips and an buttock to die for. I really enjoyed the various expressions on my face as I examined myself in the full length mirror. My knee-length light blond hair was tied back into a gigantic braid. When I continued to examine my tanned naked skin, my perfect chest size, my muscular limbs, and my startling blue eyes I was in a rapturous mood. I felt so in love with this body that wore nothing at the moment. So in love with my twenty-twenty vision eyes, my fit health and my perfectly healthy body. I wonder if this perfectly healthy body portrayed such an excellent state of healthy mind as well.

I'm standing right on the waters edge. I dip my toe in the water. How refreshing. It's the middle of February. Perth's hottest month. The mercury has just hit 43 degrees. I don't mind today's heat though. It's a dry heat with less than 20 percent humidity. I find the heat really brings out a strong smell of the surrounding eucalyptus trees. It's the smell of the bush that I loved when I was young and running wild and free on our little hobby farm. I remember I felt happy, and alive, and unlimited, and free. That's how I feel living here. Our Country Estate. It's magic. I feel blessed that I have this beautiful spring-fed lake to cool off in on this hot summers day. I climb onto my blown up tyre tube and use my foot to push myself away from the bank and float out to the middle of the lake. I'm thinking how good is this. I swear I must be the luckiest person on the planet.

How about a mirror that could do this!! I would have one in ever room. The person who invents this will become the worlds richest and most loved human being. I felt like being silly for my 444th post. to you Spittingblaze

Work for the feeling of wellbeing
    – not for manifestations. Then you meet interesting people, and find that doors are opening, money is flowing, and you suddenly have book ideas, song ideas, creative ideas. You are ripe with the frequency of manifestations and ideas. Your Vortex already has 20-30 lifetimes of expansion. It’s carved out already. Abraham-Hicks.com

Thank you for this picture! Tis' awesome! 444 is probably a good number! Tis' very inspiring! That is awesome! Maybe I should really stand naked in front of a mirror and do what the lady in the picture is doing! She's hot regardless of the reflection or the real person! I like this picture. The person who will invent this should be the richest person in the world! Okay not that, but I would be very grateful to that person. It kind of reminds me of that mirror in the first Harry Potter book, the mirror that is.
