Yes, Joan!! Wild dolphins in the ocean . . . who decide that they want to play and frolic with you just for the sheer joy! That would be just BLISS

My mom lives in FL, so I've been there often, and I know that there are several dolphin healing centers (one in Orlando) where people with whatever issues go for healing with the dolphins. There have been some pretty fantastic interactions.

Mom's into manatees but we haven't gone to look for them. She's not too mobile anymore, so I'd have to solo it or go with my brother or sister who also live there. I did see a sea turtle once when I was snorkling with my brother.

But swimming with the wild, joyful, beautiful, exuberant dolphins is my dream!!

What a wonderful thread! I, too, love animals. I grew up with cats and have always had respect for wildlife and our beautiful environment. There are some great pictures and quotes here - I particularly like the one by Einstein. And thank you to everyone for sharing their pet pics - adorable!
I've not swum with dolphins. I don't think you're allowed to swim with wild ones over here, although you can go on dolphin kayaking adventures down in Byron.
I am very grateful for my pets; they bring me much joy!

Yes, I actually DO, & I'm lovin' it! The dolphins we have here are Spinners. They seem to LOVE to interact with people, including playing a game with large leaves! There are 4 bays that I know of that they frequent, & they come in fairly close - U don't need to be a prof. snorkeler to get to where they are....... I'm still a very amateur snorkeler myself! 3 of the bays are very near where I live, the 4th is further south, & I have yet to go there. If U come over, I'd be happy to be your tour guide, & we could even swim with them together! Alas, I don't have my own place, & would not be in a position to offer accommodations (YET!) As soon as I catch up to my VR, that story will change! BUT, one of the bays I've mentioned has beach frontage that offers camping, & I believe it's only $5 or $6 per nite..... so with a tent, & some reservations, U'd be all set! And of the 3 places, that's my favorite place to swim with them!

I believe that being in the presence of the dolphins is a vibration raiser! They are clearly vibin' high, & are all about fun, freedom, relaxation, grace & vortexuality! They will whiz by within inches of U, & it does tend to make one feel like a mermaid or merman oneself! U even get an up-close view of babies, bonding w/ their moms, & learning to leap out of the water. It seriously feels other-worldly as well........ very dreamy! C'mon over, the water's FINE!

    Aloha,
    Sunny

They are all beautiful. I've been so in the vortex I thought a spider was the most beautiful amazing thing I'd ever seen. I HATE Spiders! LOL But they are still amazing ITV

Unconditional love - that sums up dogs for me. I see them so connected to source and they teach me so much. I come home and I'm tackled with love they are so excited, so thrilled to see me, so happy. It's a kiss love fest every time I leave and come back, even if it's only 10 minutes. They are so good at hello and don't even know good bye. They are amazing. Sometimes I look at my dogs or even the pictures I posted and all I can do is giggle and laugh with the sheer joy of them.

And to think that Source loves me like my dogs do?

okay, now I want to buy a camera, just to post pictures of my fur babies.

no law against swimming with wild dolphins, you cannot control them, they just show up. They love to interact with people, it's the love vibrations going on.

and Tina, I want to smack a big one on that laughing pup of yours. ouuuuuuuuu
