Any time you are appreciating anything, it is self-appreciation anyway. Because when you raise your vibration, you come into complete vibrational concert with self so that you are flowing to whoever it is or whatever it is you that you are appreciating, the FULLNESS of who you are. And anytime you are flowing something less than the FULLNESS of who you are, it's just not enough for you. You can't have become more and give less, have you noticed?
