good morning cafe! how are you? I have had the best morning so far! i asked that the sun came up and it did and AND it is so clar and beautiful outside! utterly blissful!

And i have been jumping on my trampoline to the beautiful sound of morning doves! how lovely xxoxo what a fantastic week i am going to have busy making lots of money and wrapping it all up with a romantic weekend with josh.. i am so excited SO EXCITED SO SO SO SO SO SO SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what to appreciate?

I appreciate sitting here and typing and tuning into my own appreciation.

I appreciate this Cafe thread. This place that feels so easy as an outlet for appreciation. This place that feels so much: "Antyhing that feels good is good." A place for jokes. A place for rampages. A place for sharing love. Aplace for upliftment. A place for connection. A good place.

I appreciate my rampage of Wangerooge this morning. I appreciate remembering Wangerooge this morning. I loved the smell of Wangerooge. This spaciousness of Wangerooge and the wind. 12 years now. So much has changed, but it is still alive in me. So much beauty. I am so grateful to have lived there. I am so grateful for having lived my life. Having lived whereever I lived. Having met whoever I have met.

I am happy to be where I am right now.

I am grateful that I exist.

I love that I exist. Whoever, whatever I am - I love it.

I love to be. I love to be Now. And now. And now.

I love that I am starting to line up with my sexuality. And i appreciate also that this is not such a smooth ride. That I am feeling a bit battered by my own winds of sexual energy. But I know this is all shiftable. I know that I can take the bounce from everywhere.

And it is sweet to allow and align with my sexuality. Yes - maybe I activate some un-wanted grids along the way. But I am shifting, I am moving - so this is all just temporary.

It cannot happen, that it wont happen. He-ventually!

He-ventually I will align. And much better than He-ventually ... I will align soon. I am determined.

I appreciate Sex as something divine. Something that feels so very divine to me. I love who I am when I am aligned with Sex. I love how sweet and sensual the world is when I am aligned with Sex. And I love knowing Sex so much from source perspective. I love knowing the goodness of Sex.

And I appreciate lust and attraction - in general at least. I appreciate the enlivening increased sexual energy gives.

Yes, I like to line up with Sex.
And I like to know that I will act when I feel ready.
And I like that it is so easy to know when I am ready.

I like that I am lining up with my relationship grids. Yes - I so much appreciate friendship. A friend is everything to me. A friend can also be a partner or a lover or whatever, but a friend is what matters most to me.

I love the flow of friendship, the ease. The open-ness. The joy. The pleasure. The well-being. The abundance. The richness.

This shared sense of goodness. Two vorteces meeting each other.
It is joy.
It is beauty. Oh yes: It is beauty - so much beauty. Deep deep beauty. That is really the best feeling word, that expresses it.
