i was at work tonite thinking of how good these 30 day threads have helped me ......and i wanted a new 30 day theme.......i am wanting to fine tune my thinking about work things.

often, if i am angshush or idle i drift to a past work event and extract the good and bad that occurred....then ruminate over each,judging it and disecting it.

this is clearly an unfocused , addictive pattern and i intend to break that habit that does not serve me......it doesn't bring relief at all anymore, where once it did.

no matter ,cos i intend to pay attention to when that automatic thot pattern takes over and deliberately focus on appreciation and "it is done".

things have been going so good for me and of course i intend that to continue- i fully realize that i don't need to think it to death, just allow it.

so i am releasing those oars and letting the experiment begin-
1.no mental manipulation
2.no wondering how this or that will turn out
3.no wondering if any past action will create something wanted or unwanted
4.no rehearsing what i will say
5.trusting that loa will be enough


and i will commit to this thread and this intention for 30 days....

As you try to explain why you are feeling negative emotion, you are adding power to it. Release the negative emotion, the negative feeling - and the negative attraction - by taking your attention from it! Give your attention to WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD, thereby releasing your attention from what makes you feel bad!
