I am still in my dream garden together with DH

"Do you remember that we have guest tonight?" he ask me...
"Yes and I have some good ideas about our dinner
sitting in the garden for barbeque and celebrating the evening
with our lovly freinds... "




"You have to bring me the lamb legs I ordered yesterday
from the butcher. The other things are just all prepaired.



Only my Lavander Ice Cream... so if you don't mind

I take some lavander flowers... and some rosmarin for the lamb legs





My dream kitchen
must be full of colors
the kitchen is the heart of the house

Honey Lavander Icecream







Honey Lavander Icecream

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup frehs lavender
4 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream

1 cup sugar

bring in a casserole sugar and a little water to boil together with the fresh lavander flowers
be carefull to the sugar don't become brown! He must stay white. After cooking a while fish the flowers out and let them get cold over white sugar on a plate. When cold cut in smal pieces and put together with the ice cream mixture. It is deliscious and it is my own reciepe I used at my restaurant!!!

Bring the milk, cream, honey to a gentle boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and let cool a bit.

In a separate medium bowl, beat the egg yolks, then gradually add some of the warm milk mixture, whisking as you pour. Pour the warmed eggs back into the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the custard is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Strain again into a bowl.



Set the bowl over a large bowl of ice water. Stir the custard until cool, then cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled (3 hours or overnight).

Freeze in an ice cream machine.

"The conversations with no more ending because of the good drinks after dinner!", I was joking. "My DH you are a great cocktail man, and it is not a joke. "I love this after eight, tell me what is in it?"

our patio is it the hidden treasure of our dream home
typical arab style with colored tales and orange trees
with a fountain in the middle of the patio and with tables and chairs



on one side a voliere with exotic birds
the patio is safe for wind and sometimes we love
taking breakfast in the patio in company of the birds


but we use to take a glas of hot mint tee
just before going to bed... our ritual that we love so much

we decidet to take breakfast at our patio
today we have "Levante" coming from North Africa



it is warm and windy... well sometimes the wind bring us sand from Sahara...
so we plan going to the market today for shopping good food

and before a coffee at our cafe











my DH and me... we visit also the fish market
I need prawns for dinner






today is really a hot day
we drive our baskets full of fresh vegetables and fruits
fish and prawns home...
"You know what you will cook with such good things?"
"Oh yes, but it is a surprise..."



"Let's go swimming in the pool", my DH suggest!

Every human being have inside a hidden paradise
and so we are looking arround and walking on our path of life
searching for this paradise for love and joy

I did the same
I was unrested and insecure allways searching
finally I rested and find meditation... the way to God
the way to Buddha and toward non suffering



but later comes the question: Why is paradise only in heaven?"
my son Alex meet his girlfrind during a one year world trip
on Kho Phi Phi Island in Thailand... lives he now in Paradise with her?
yesterday his dog Lucy jumped from the balcony and died... Lucy was
a little bit crazy... always escaping from her owners... so Alex keeped her
after nine month this happend yesterday evening...Barrel is fine sleeping
at this moment under my chair

so death is real and we say: he-she passed to the other side
it helps to see we are lightbodys made from dust of stars

where is paradise?
is paradise only in heaven?
is it on earth?
this morning on the beach comes me this words:

this paradise in me is something extremly high vibrating and never static
for this reason we never come to an end... it is done and it is done
everytime and so go on... it is pure love and this is the power of creation

So I become still and open myself
seeing the beauty arround me apearing more and more

Christ saw allready the beauty in a dead dog
he appreciate his teeth...

the art of allowing and accepting how it is in this moment
the deep underststanding of life and death... of polarity


the beauty arround me is growing appearing everywhere
