As Abraham says, you want a better body because you want to feel better. So what would happen, what would be available to you if you did not have them. Confidence? Feeling more comfortable with yourself?

What is the feeling that you reaching for? What desires are behind it?

Once you know that, start building a grid that would take you there.

Not stretch marks specifically but you may like this anyway. I'm having great success with hyperpigmentation. About a year ago I used some facial products that hyperpigmented my skin in large ugly patches. Since that time I have used nothing on my skin at all except pure natural vegetable oils for moisturising. I decided I would never again put my skin in danger like that and even though at the time I thought my skin was ruined I really turned to the Abe stuff for comfort in my situation. The pigment faded by about 80% in that time over the following 9 months as I kept convincing myself of the intelligence of my body, it's ability to right itself and that I was simply going through a healing process. Then just recently as I once again became obsessed with it (and my unhappiness about it) suddenly it started to darken in quite large patches. I freaked out then eventually got to the place where I was able to say...

You know what, this is just me, it's just my skin right now and I can't do anything about it. I'm sick of being ruled by this and I'm now giving the job of looking after my skin to the universe.
Everytime I saw my face in the mirror in the days that followed I just looked only at the perfect bits, appreciated those then said to myself not my job to worry about this, this is the universe's job and it's doing a good job. In two weeks the pigment which I was mortified by before has faded to the point where I can hardly see it at all. In fact it's as good as gone. And all I did was stop freaking out about it, didn't change my routine just my thoughts. And when I look back on the past year, my skin is more beautiful and more even than it was even before my 'accident'.

    Do grid work :)

I would recommend to think about doing grid work which Abraham offer. I believe it would be very powerful. Myself I want to manifest perfect vision and I found a book "The experience of the fool or the key to enlightenment" (author: Norbekov Mirzarkarim (here you can read about him: which is very fun to read and at the same time offers various techniques which today I could call grid work (although book was written long before words vortex and grid was used by our beloved Abraham). This book also mentions one example of healing burned scars (of course, it was done by hypnosis (I think he mentioned the example just to emphasis our mind potential)). Although the book is not exactly about scar healing but it has really valuable advices. As Abraham say it is all about focus and while it is hard for you to convince yourself that you don't have a scar (because you do, you can see it) it is way easier for you to feel appreciation for your body, your cells, how they renew and know what to do, to feel love, joy, fun... in general and send those feelings to that place of your body, ask yourself questions wouldn't it be nice if... how that would feel... what good effects would it bring to your life and so forth.

I believe being at piece is a good start but it is also worth to try feel even better, get in the vortex and when focus on what you want...

As you can see there are endless ways to get to where you want to go! :-) Today's Abe quote is perfect for this:

Everything is valid and everything is truthful, because Law of Attraction lets everything be. The question is not whether it's right or wrong, whether their approach is right or wrong, or whether my approach is right or wrong. The question is: Does their approach feel good to me? And if it doesn't, then I choose a different approach.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I sort of had it in my head that I was not going to get stretchmarks on my tummy - I have seen some people who looked like they had been mauled by a tiger on their tummy when pregnant. At the time, I was quite overweight anyway, but I was adamant that my tummy would be fine. Each day I rubbed in avocado oil and vitamin E oil with the belief that it would give my skin the ability to stretch without tearing.

Anyway by the end of my pregnancy I was as big as a house - I mean HUGE - and I only have some really minimal stretchmarks on my tummy, only on the lower half below my belly button & they were never red & angry, just a bit silvery.

I was showing them to my 3 year old the other day & I told her that those marks came from when she was in my tummy & they were there because mummy wanted to make sure that she had plenty of room to wriggle around & be comfortable and safe. She said that mummy made a really good home for her before she was born.

When I look at my stretch marks, it reminds me of watching my tummy squirming and doing somersaults when I was pregnant & seeing the shape of her bum moving from one side of my body to the other - happy memories!

I realise this is not helping you to overcome your stretch marks, but I just thought i'd show you another way to look at them.
