How do you quote from a previous post and put it in your reply?

How do you do italics?

How do you change the color of your typing?

Where do you find more smilies, icons?

Hi Andwhatnow,

a) "reply with quote" - this will quote the text of post that you are replying to

b) in the toolbar of your reply there is a B I U section, B for bold, I for Italics and U for underline, you'll need to highlight your typing and then toggle these on/off to affect your text

c) Further along the right of this toolbar is a large letter A with a dropdown menu...lots of colours! Again, highlight your text and choose your colour!

d) You can find more smiles and icons if you choose the "go advanced" option on your post

I do not see a toolbar anywhere. I chose "go advanced". I do see 11 icons here, but I know there are more somewhere, somehow.

Okay. Went into my general settings and switched on different editor. Now have toolbar, cool.
Will play with it and see where I can get.
