    Can anyone tell me why pessimism ranks higher than frustration?

    I have a general vibration between anger and frustration and irritation.. Closer to the latter. YEA!
    And this is on something I used to feel helpless..so I am very pleased with myself! he he

    But when I consider the idea of pessimism , it feels much worse.. and then going back down to helpless. so yuck!

    I sure would appreciate your assistance on this!

    the better I get at deliberate creating, my vib. setpoint gets higher on most subjects... and it also feels as if I zoom up the EGS with a simple, "F-it!" more often than not.

    I feel like frustration is more specifically negative; it's more specific to your experience. "I've been trying to do this/get this thing and I can't!" and it feels active. Almost like "acutely aware of wanting something and being aware why you can't have it"

    Pessimism feels generally negative and chronic, but a little more "passive"..like, "I guess that's how life goes. Seems like nobody can get this. "

    To me, it feels worse to say "I guess that's how life goes." as if life is supposed to be disappointing.

    I can go with this thought..

    ....well, sometimes shit happens, but it will all work out...


    but that isn't pessimistic, to me anyways.

    Anyone else? I am really wanting more clarity on this.

    Also, I love that I feel more frustrated right now. It truly is a much better feeling than helpless or overwhelmed.
    Part of what keeps me out of the lower vibrations is that I am mostly rooted in the truth that Source has a way of working everything out for me.. and trusting the stream of life and myself.
    Remembering who I am.

    Pessimism just doesn't fit in there for me.
    So, I guess based on the basic law of getting happy. I won't aim to find pessimism.

    My grid I want to form and fill in...in a step by step fashion then would be
    positive expectation and belief..
    sprinkle in some enthusiasm , eagerness and happiness

    That feels mighty fine!

    ANd I'll take Joy and Appreciation any day.. that fills me every moment as there is so much to appreciate!

    Interesting regarding pessimism. I guess I felt that was the word associated with "F it". Like, eh, who cares, I give up, it won't happen so F it. Then it moves into boredom, like, I'm so tired of thinking about this stupid thing that I won't even think about it anymore, it's so boooring. Then into contentment of well, everything is pretty good here as it is, so I can just chill out in my now. Just my take on it.
