I have a general vibration between anger and frustration and irritation.. Closer to the latter. YEA!
And this is on something I used to feel helpless..so I am very pleased with myself! he he

But when I consider the idea of pessimism , it feels much worse.. and then going back down to helpless. so yuck!

I sure would appreciate your assistance on this!
Tree maybe you've already got your answer here, but for me pessimism feels like "i give up". Like, "it can't be done, so i give up trying, i give up caring". Of course i don't really give up caring, but usually that's when i give up trying to force it into place. It helps me to go general. But Abe also say that words can confuse things, because what feels like pessimism to you could very well be lower that frustration, so try not to worry too much about the words. Just goooo to the griiid.

Hos, what i meant! I'm just a day late

I just want to go back a few days:

    "You are free
    You are powerful
    You are good
    You are love
    You have value
    You have purpose
    All is well"

I am free, i am powerful, i am good, i am love, i have value, i have purpose, All Is Well!

    Worth remembering, i think

Love all of your thoughts on this Bev!
I think it also answers Tree's questions re pessimism and frustration (?), as I think BlueB did before too, as in the sentence: There are many words that are used to describe emotions, but there are really only two emotions: One feels good, and one feels bad.... and Abe goes on to say: The fullest state of connection, which feels like joy, love, appreciation, freedom, or knowledge, is really speaking to your own feeling of self-empowerment. And the fullest state of disconnection, which feels like despair, grief, fear, or depression, is really speaking to your own feeling of disempowerment. So all in between are only incremental places along the scale and once we have moved only a little way, we've regained some control, and can move back up relatively easily. Since getting connection via Abe, I don't feel the depression/grief any more, but I do hang around in doubt and a little worry some, but mostly manage to stay in the upper 5, from optimism to joy/ love/ appreciation.

LOVE the quote from the latest Portland workshop:
"So when you say to someone not just "I LOVE you," you say to them,
    "I LOVE loving you.
It is MY pleasure. I am loving myself as greatly as I could ever love by my love for you."

So let's go for the JOY and the LOVE!!
I love you, I love me, I love, love, love!!!
What a fantastic post! You said it perfectly for me Donna!

l love this ILJ , , yep, l'm working on a work grid right now.......
l desire to close the gap that keeps me working, when l'd much rather not be tied down to a j.o.b., yet have that freedom of money coming in freely, joyfully for my use .....and plenty of it to do all the fun things, and providing things l am picturing.
yet, l love and appreciate my j.o.b, it has served me well......now to build new beliefs and grids about what will serve me well in future nows.

    feeling all griddy

Reading through the posts from today and the thing that is whirling around in my mind is the idea of pessimism. I just don’t like pessimism. It feels chronic and I don’t like the feeling of anything chronic. I like movement...I’d prefer anything to something negative and chronic. I'd prefer even despair temporarily then pessimism chronically. I’d even like to remove it from the list all together….this may seem like pushing against it but I don’t feel the push I just feel the ignoring. Pessimism doesn’t exist for me…there are plenty of other negative emotions to feel that feel much more temporary, so I’ll just do that.

It reminds me of a recent recording where the HS says, "I manifest magnificent things but then something happens and…."

And Abe says, OOOOaaawwwwooohhhh!!!!!!!!!!! (or something like that )

And then the HS says,” I manifest magnificent things! OK, I’ll just do that”

    Thank you, Fran!

BlueB...you hit it for me! Pessimism doesn't feel good to me either....I'm definitely not a pessimist, so I'll just delete it from my own EGS, or at least ignore it.

I meant to say that I just read a thread on the forum....an old one, but it just got bumped...by Delilah. It's "Money Can Fall from the Sky" If you haven't read it, I recommend it as greatly inspiring for those of us who still have some issues/challenges around the subject and feel we have to earn all the abundance.
