After reading, watching, listening, visiting with abraham the past few days, I get it that what I speak of, type, think of,regurgitate, observe and so on grows and grows and becomes. I get that it is all grid work---some deliberate (now that i know). And so every moment is new. Every moment is brand new. I don't have to clean up old grids ( you dont either--hooray!) and I (we) can deliberately set up some good feeling basic core grids.

It does not take long at all to see so much goodness happening (if you have been training yourself to wellbeing that is so predominant). I am getting it. I am getting that my IB is benefiting from all my previous step one moments and has become MORE and is enjoying the expansion. And i am begining to get a peek that I can join in the party too! After all, i brought the goodies to the party via my brilliant and clear decision to come forth to physical to play in this contrast. I like that i hit the ground running. I like that I see the value of it it---but i even like it MORE that i FEEL the value of it.

I understand my power of focus better and better! I get that every 17 seconds i complain or grumble, i am putting in a order to the Universe to deliver more of that. And i get that when i type it out and share it others, that order gets lounder and grows clearer....and I LIKE it that there is nothing wrong with that!

...but i have done my share of that...and i have focused on other peep's complaints and beat their drums...too! Did the work. The not very deliberate work...and i am moving on to second grade. I don't have to ever talk about what i dont want.like ever! Hooray--the freedom! I could, but dont want to...oh i could, but i now know too much--i do. I might, but it is so much more fun not too!

I love that i am ready to refine my deliberate focus and creation. I have been going general and more general of late. That has felt so good. I have been setting up general grids. General core grids. And as my focus gets more stable, as i am able to deliberately look at what I am wanting (thank you oh so sensitive emotions), I can now more quickly 'turn the other cheek' and that feels so good!

I asked abraham today, what does my IB *feel* when they think of me and all that I have put in the Vortex....!!! What a good question! I want the answer to come as emotions for me. I would like to feel even a little of what my IB feels about me, about my work, about all the good stuff in the vortex. How cool would it be? How cool would it be to feel it? To feel a little of that? A little whiff of it! I would like to joing my IB more and more on how good it feels like in my Vortex. I am seeing it as a party....and I am free to come join it.

I would like to emotionally find that feeling place....

love...
ease and easy and fun

beauty
bright
warmth
comfort
oh delicious expansion, variety, *freedom*, choice
worthiness

Wanna come? I sure do. I want to get ready to go to that party. I want to feel some of that! Partake some of that Joy.

This morning the sun came up, the day infolded, birds flew and feed and played and the earth rotated in the most perfect space between our star (sun) and planets, and the moon---oh the moon, it caused tides to rise and fall and ocean currents moved...and our bodies, each cell doing its job, balancing. balancing. THere is so much good going on, so much step one, so many IB expanding and taking the bounce and a few (abe said around 5%) allowing and deliberately finding joy and letting the vortex fill in core grids. Do you know about core grids? They are the basic general ones your IB holds. Oh so good. We get to mold the clay. We fill in the specifics. How big is that? How exhilirating to actually UNDERSTAND our role.

I am getting more deliberate. Nothing more important than my alignment. I just turned OFF my iphone. Yes i did. I turn off the business. That is big for me...but MORE is coming. More allowing. More ease....Allowing expansion. Allowing myself to feel my worthiness.

i want to really thank you for this thread because I realized while reading it that I beat everyone else's drum! I didn't even know it! No wonder .... NO WINDER I have had so much resistance to everything! I kept thinking that I am a head case n what is so wrong with me but I have been growing n expanding a lot this week being away from everybody else's drum n so I guess I allowed something to happen long enough where I matched THIS vibration n your thread! Sheer fantastic! Utterly blissful!! Thank you! N thank you IB for pointing this out to me! I was always aware of the power I was capable of now knowing this ....
