    I think what is happening is you are focusing on what you DON'T have and saying where is my stuff? (in this case, your sexy body). Instead of being in a place of appreciation for your body and focusing on what you DO want.

    Even if I am physically tired, I feel energetic when I focus on what I DO want. Focusing on what I DO want makes me feel excited, happy, frisky, etc.

    Focus on what you want. Focus on how you want to feel about it. How will you feel walking down the street knowing that you are all that? How will you walk? How will you dress? How will you move? Imagine, FEEL that you are already there. Even if for only a few minutes. I think this will help. Remember this isn't suppose to be work, it is suppose to be play. If the processes you are using aren't making you feel excited, happy, frisky, etc ... try different processes that do.

I do tend to imagine myself in my perfect body, in a swimsuit being completely confident, or eating ice cream with no worries and feeling great, my cells tingle but then I feel a "roll" of fat or catch a glimpse in the mirror (i'm trying to avoid mirrors temporarily) and it's like it never even happened! It is so annoying, I know all I need to do is trust in the process but it's hard to apply lol. I get all these feelings during meditations but my conscious self is like ignoring them (well, obviously not right now, since I'm talking about it)

    I think you have to accept where you are and that it is totally ok. You have to start liking yourself even if nothing changes. Can you imagine how sad are your fat cells when you deny them, when you don't accept them after you actually created them and they were so good at responding. They were perfect at manifesting your vibration. They did a fantastic and amazing job.. and now you are not happy about how great they work.. you don't like them, you don't even want to see them. If I were one of your cells I would be pretty sad and not responding anymore to you either. If you can't forget about your body weight, appreciate it.

    thank you all so much, just wanted to give an update... since last night i just felt trust in my body deeply. It is SO peaceful. Like Paradise on Earth said, I think my old momentum is FINALLY leaving!

    I just kept reminding myself of the positive vibes I feel when I focus on what I want...It's finally sticking to me. I do not feel guilt when I eat anymore, I just keep telling myself "my body knows exactly what to do with this food and it is releasing all the unnecessary calories." TRUSTING my body has made such a difference. I also keep telling myself how much I love it for being with me and being so beautiful. I look at the pictures of my potential figures and I already feel my cells shift to wherever I focus.

    Life is good!

    Getting into the Vortex first and then thinking about Stuff.... when we start visualizing from inside the Vortex, the image is automatically drawn by itself--without effort.
