Experience with "LETTING GO"

Today I heard a seminar where Esther said something to the effect of "It's natural for me to be able to do this. 'Trying' to do anything is out of the vortex" .

This kind of led to a breakthrough, where instead of "molding the clay", playing with my perspective of things, I simply LET myself feel joy. I knew what it felt like, so I let myself feel it. Simply. Easily. Not 'holding it firmly', but simply 'holding it', acknowledging the resistance that came but being able to let the feeling come through.

To be honest, it kind of scared me! It's changed my whole perspective on how we operate as individuals. I can let myself feel anything now and I know now that because of that I really can 'do, be or have' anything I want.

Is anybody else able to do this and understand the sensation I felt?

I am, and it scared me at first, too.

We all are- BUT- we need to be in vicinity of that!

-Its logical, isn´t it?
When you trained yourself in a certain stability of trusting all of this, then this is the logical next step.
But relax, there will be times where you need to "mold" again. When the gap is too wide, you cannot jump, you need to take a few steps, and that´s fun also.

When you birthed a huge new rocket, when you come across big contrast, you might experience ist again. But one thing never will go away anymore:
Your knowing that it´s just a few thoughts away. That it´s VIBRATIONAL. And that you CAN do it- fast. In a second or a few minutes, who cares!

Those last lines are exactly what I've been thinking all day lol.

I made the realization this morning how fun it is to think haha! Seeing as I've been letting go of my anxiety disorder these past couple of weeks, that's MAJOR right?

And now I know how easy it is... it's the difference between effort and simply letting it be, thank God somebody understands me. This was such a huge feeling for me I just needed to share it with somebody.


Just... letting yourself feel what you want to with no restraint, and no effort to pull the restraint away.

As Abe said, as soon you KNOW this, as soon you EXPERIENCED (not only heard) it yourself, you believe. And that takes the sting out of contrast in such a big way.

Contrast starts to be something friendly- because, you NOW KNOW you are in charge.
You know you may choose, and nobody can force you to choose what you don´t like.
Contrast becomes simply "variety to choose from"- as a buffet full of choices, a supermarket to stroll through and just pick what you like, materials or colours for an artist- to pick the best.

EXACTLY! Lol! This is amazing!

It's like a whole other level of manifesting!

And something else I realized was that EVERYTHING has a specific feeling. So, of course I can go general if I want to, that's awesome, that's fun. (such as just having a good night, or enjoying my sleep) but then I can also go as specific as I want to because there's a feeling for that too!!!

It's SO good.

It's not about forcing yourself to feel good all the time, it's about letting yourself BE.

Aw yeah, I think I like this. This is gonna be a fun ride.
