"Trying to wrestle it down to the ground..."

There is a tendency to get fixated on something that's bothering you,
and then you just want to wrestle it to the ground and kill it.

    But it never dies.

It just gets bigger and bigger and bigger
and finally you just have to let it go
    by finding something else.
    Yes, something else better feeling.

    Stop the commiseration!

You WANT to be ITV and "detached from the trauma"
when you want to be of help for others!!

Now, there will be some human friends who say
"Oh, youīr not bothered enough. Whatīs wrong with you?
Youīr detached! Youīr detached from the trauma!"

    And we say:
    Someone better be!

Someone better be detached from the trauma!
You want a doctor detached from the trauma,
when you walk in with a broken arm, your arm is all
    turned up- and they go:
    "arrrrrrrrrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!
    OMG!! OMG!!!! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!"

-Is THAT the doctor you want???

Being "TITITO" (=Tuned in, Tapped In, Turned On)

We donīt have to justify this sexual desire, this sexual drive!
Itīs a WONDERFUL THING, and itīs part of that
"Tuned in, tapped in, TURNED ON"!

    (Audience hilarious)
-We wondered when you will catch on, to THAT!!!

    "Sexual Energy and Spiritual Energy
    are identical Energy.
When you are tuned in, tapped in, turned on-
    -that's the "turned on".

When Source Energy flows through you,
    it flows through you.
You cannot separate one from the other."

    "You canīt go back".

...Just keep doing the things that feel better,
thinking the thoughts that feel better,
remember the things that feel good, iow,
    tend to your vibration.
    CARE ABOUT FEELING GOOD.

And before you know it- youīll be so accustomed to this
high flying vibration, that when youīr not there,
the slightest thought will feel like chainsaw-massacre,
on your hand. The slightest negative negative dip will
    just feel terrible.

Youīll just get so, that you canīt cope in those negative emotions, at all!
Just having a negative thought about someone is like machine-gunning
    them down!

Perhaps you should have been warned on the disclaimer,
(...) that you canīt go back once you know this!

    The Fountain of Youth

    Guest:

    So there is a cure-all.

And that’s just feeling good, all the time?

    Abraham:
That is the fountain of youth.
It is the river of wellness.
It is the stream of abundance.
It is the way to all things that are important to you.

    It’s feeling good.

The speed-bumps and the Monsterbus (Step 5)

Abe tell the story of how Esther, parking the bus, experienced
the contrast with speed bumps on the parking places,
especially when they were diagonal ("that made parking...EXTRA fun").
And everything in the bus was moving like that. But over time,
Esther became an EXPERT at navigating those bumps. (...)
In the beginning this speed bumps felt like the bane of her existence,
because it felt like everything in the bus was changing places
with everything else inside the bus.

But after a while she saw this delicious challenge, and she SO looked forward
to the compliments that she knew would gonna be forth coming forth
from Jerry as he was THRILLED with her ability to navigate this speed bumps)

And so, that's the way we want to you to appreciate the contrast.
IOW, when you are in the receptive mode,
    contrast becomes NOT irritating,
    it becomes almost thrilling.

You could say joyfully challenging. Joyfully challenging.
    Because you all LOVE expansion!
    You LOVE accomplishment.
    You LOVE improvement.
You LOVE expansion and an evolution.
And so, navigating in contrast is what you LOVE MOST!

When you play tennis, you don't look for the person that you can beat
    every time, do you?
    Oh, you do!
    (laughter)

-But doesn't that better player help you improve your game,
and doesn't contrast help you improve your game!
And isn't improving your game delightful to you,
this expanding being that you are?

    The poop-to-value-ration of "Choosing pain".
Or: Why would a football-player play football?

HS asks, why anyone would choose parents,
that give the child a painful environment?

    Abe:
Why would a football-player play football?

    HS
    (laughs)
    Ok. Because they wanted to.

    Abe:
Ja, but WHY? Have you seen those guys?
Have you seen what they do to each other?
So the potential of getting beat up pretty good,
is a sure thing. So, why do they do it?

    HS:
    They donīt know any better.

    Abe:
Well, is there ANY upside to it?

    HS:
    (...) Money.

    Abe:
    Maybe. Maybe money.
But, what about focusing your physical body into greater agility.
What about focusing your physical body into greater clarity?
What about love of the game?
What about intuitively knowing where you need to be, in a certain
    situation.

What about connecting with a higher power- if you wanna call it that?
    And accomplishing extraordinary feats?
    What about thrilling a crowd?
What about giving crowds something to focus upon, that gives them
    energy to flow?

There are LOTS of upsides to it. There are lots of uspides to it,
and Estherīs sister, her little sister who has always been taller
and wiser -by Esthers words-, than Esther, has been talking of the
    poop-to-value-ratio.

    For a long time: Poop-to-value.
    She uses different words, sometimes.

But the meaning is, that the probable negative experiences WORTH
    the probable positive experience?

And weīr not really asking you to weigh things in those ways.
We just know, that when you come into this physical experience,
    Comfort wasnīt your top-priority!
    Understanding who you are, is.

We just know that when you came into this, having an easy path
wasnīt your intention. Figuring out how to CREATE your path, was!

    Thank you Paradise,
Really love that, as always perfect quote.

Love the poop to value ratio!
Should teach that in the economics lessons!! FUN.

    The Rumble-Strips- and:
Can being in pain, aka in bumpy contrast, be FUN?

    HS:
Can you be in receptive mode, and still be in sharp pain,
and discomfort- can you be, in receptive mode?

    Abe:
Well, thatīs what weīr talking about! Weīr talking about
EMBRACING the contrast, not using it as judgement,
not using it as a club for beating yourself over the head about,
accepting that it is something WANTED and benefitting from it.
And in fact, THATīs what step 5 is!

Step 5 is allowing yourself to be back in step 1!
And so, if there is a practiced ease about it,
the answer to that is: ABSOLUTELY!

Absolutely. Itīs just a matter of where you put the emphasis.
Thatīs really whatīs the whole point of this discussion has been,
this whole day, so far- is that we want you to FEEL alright,
    WHEREVER you are.

And we know, physical pain is way off past the rumble-strip.
And way off, into the weeds.
Itīs way off, into some rough territory!
You are not even on the roadway anymore, and you are
    having a bumpy ride.

But you can STILL be in control of your vehicle!
You can still know that you have the control,
to get it back where you want it to be.
And you can still have not feeling the risk,
of it going over the cliff! Itīs that feeling,
that youīve GOT it, and itīs ok where you are.

And the acknowledgement, that thereīs a whole lot of people,
more and more and more every year, as an industry-
maybe one of the fastest growing vehicular industries
    in the world, is OFF-ROADING!
People are bored with the pavement!
And some of you are, too.

Some of you are bored with the "pavement".
You wanna get off, where itīs more adventurous.
And yes, itīs bumpy. But the question is:
CAN IT BE FUN, WHILE ITīS BUMPY??
A whole industry says that it is.
