    Don't you like knowing that?
    If you would stop in the midst of negative emotion and say

    This beautiful relationship came to a halt two weeks ago...
    I'm sure I chose it on a level.

    Nothing ever comes to a halt, things just keep evolving.

    So, its evolving and that evolution has been allowing,
    I feel, those final fears to come up really,
    really big to be released.


    Abe:
    Well, here's the thing.
    You don't wanna ever get to the end of your negative emotion.
    Because that would be like saying,
    "I've decided to just turn my guidance system off."
    Or, "I've decided to not do anymore sifting and sorting."
    And you're not going to do any of those,
    so just make peace with the fact that you have guidance
    that is showing you helpful thoughts and unhelpful thoughts.
    That's all.

    And when you feel fear, its a really unhelpful thought.
    Its not guidance protecting you from something.
    It's guidance showing you that right here, right now,
    your opinion about THIS is different
    than the Source opinion about this.


    Don't you like knowing that?
    If you would stop in the midst of negative emotion and say
    "Oh, oh, oh! Source is looking at this differently than I am."

    Esther will still say every now and then,
    "Clearly you don't have all the details.
    There's more you need to know about this situation."
    But there's never anything that your Source doesn't already know.
    Sometimes YOU just know more than is good for you
    about things you don't want.

    And that's why we sort of jumped right in the middle,
    wanting you to stop telling that story,
    because you're keeping it alive, you're keeping it active,
    and then it gets in the way of NOW.
    And NOW is a completely different thing.

    So don't mess up NOW with THEN anymore!

    And what's happening NOW or two weeks ago
    isn't about THEN its about NOW.

    LS:
    So, combining the concept of being in the NOW,
    with vibrating what you'd like for the future, is a little...
    just a little...like I think I'm good at both.

    Abe:
    But don't do it for the future, you see,
    that's the thing that's tripping so many up.
    I'll play your silly game and I'll learn to do this,
    so that I can get something else later.
    We say no, that messes it up.

    Do it for the NOW.

    It's like "Oh you mean I have to pay the price of happiness NOW?
    Alright, I'll pay the price of happiness NOW,
    if it'll make my life better later.
    So, on a wall on a board in the hallway in the back of the hotel,
    someone has written on a whiteboard,
    "Make a promise to do whatever it takes."

    And Esther's walked past it three or four times today
    and hadn't seen it and so just now, she went out and she saw it.
    "Make a vow, make a promise to do whatever it takes...
    to do, whatever it takes."

    And Esther thought, she was looking for the marker,
    she wanted to finish the sentence,
    "... to do whatever it takes to feel good NOW."
    Set a goal to do WHATEVER IT TAKES,
    because we are certain whatever it takes to please the customer,
    whatever it takes to please the guest,
    whatever it takes, whatever it takes, ahh this one thing...
    WHATEVER IT TAKES TO FEEL GOOD NOW.

    So someone asked us the best question we've ever been asked
    because it allowed us to give the best answer we've ever given.
    "How do I get rid of doubt?" And we said, "You do it before it starts."
    Which was a totally obnoxious answer.

    Because, when you're standing in NOW and asking how to get rid of it...
    But the point we are making is...
    You wake up after a night of NO momentum,
    you start off on a really good footing
    and you get momentum going about that,
    and that's how you accomplish what you're wanting.
    You just keep starting over from that place of feeling good.
    And starting over from that place of feeling good.
    And starting over from that place of feeling good.
    And starting over from that place of feeling good.
    And pretty soon, feeling good is what you do.
    DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO FEEL GOOD NOW.

    Sometimes it means "Gotta go!", or "Gotta go!", or "Gotta go!".
    Sometimes it means you're just staring off into space while they're talking.
    And they're saying, "Are you listening to me?"
    And you say "yeah, yeah , yeah", but you're not.
    "Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah."
    In other words, whatever it takes,
    whatever it takes to be HAPPY.

    Sometimes it means thinking about different things
    but really what it takes to be happy is putting IT first.

    LS:
    Well, I love helping people and I do it a lot
    and I love my work so much.
    And I'm wondering if its ok to not really know
    what the next step is and to just feel good while you don't know.

    Abe:
    Its even better. Because if you're following the impulse,
    then you're following the path of least resistance,
    and the path of least resistance will take you
    to what you want -but it will be a joyful path every step of the way.
    And it's constantly unfolding and so,
    if you can leave aside the determination to need to know everything,
    you'll be way happier and you will receive on a moment-to-moment basis,
    more rich experiences.

    Sometimes you miss the writing on the wall. Altogether.
    Even though its right there. You miss it.
    You miss the clues.
    Because you're so busy trying to see the big picture,
    that you miss the details of the little picture.
    You miss the details of the NOW picture.
    The poignant NOW.

    Do you know - and this is always going to be true -
    you're not ever going to feel "in the future".
    You're only going to feel "in the NOW".

    And your determination to know all the details of the future,
    which you can't possibly know, makes you feel bad in the NOW.
    So just get into that general place.

    Esther has a placard, she puts it on the dashboard of her car,
    it reflects back on the window, you can't really see it
    when you look at it but when you put it on the dashboard
    it reflects and it says "Things are always working out for me."
    That's all you need to know.

    Things are always working out.
    Things ARE always working out.
    Not "things have worked out" or "things will work out",
    THINGS ARE WORKING OUT.
    Do you want to miss out on any of the "ARE" part?
    Do you ever say "Wake me when its over?"

    You don't want to miss it.
    You want to feel the pleasure of the closing of that gap.
    Every step along the way.

    "Those buzz words, “fear of failure,”
    someone really did a job of coining a phrase
    that has hounded a lot of people for a long time.
    “Fear of failure”.

    Now, let’s break that down: Fear means,
    I’m focusing upon the opposite of what I want.

    And failure has never been on my Things-To-Do-Today List.
    So, we think fear and failure are perfect words to go together,
    because when I look at success, I feel good.
    When I imagine success, I feel good.
    When I imagine failure, I feel awful.

    Now, why would I feel awful, when I contemplate failure?
    ‘Cause I don’t want failure,
    because my Inner Being sees me as a successful Being.
    So, when I have images of failure that I’m focused upon,
    of course, you’re going to feel fear.

    That’s like saying,
    “Why does my hand hurt when I put it on the hot stove?”

    We say, because the stove’s hot.
    You say, “Yeah, but why does it hurt
    when I put my hand on the hot stove?”
    We say, well, because the stove is hot.
    You say, “Yeah, but why does it hurt
    when I put my hand on the hot stove?”

    It’s the same thing.
    “Why do I feel negative emotion when I contemplate failure?”
    Because your Guidance System is saying to you,
    when possible, make a legal u-turn.

    It’s good that you feel fear of failure.
    You’re not supposed to ever feel celebratory
    in the anticipation of failure. You see?

    Well, we’re just scratching the surface of it,
    but don’t you think that’s a remarkable revelation?
    And aren't you proud of yourself
    that when you contemplate failure,
    that your Guidance System is working the way it is supposed to?

    So, if you don’t want to feel fear—
    don’t think about failure.

    Do you have the power to think
    about something other than failure? Of course you do,
    you do it all the time.
    You see, so, do you hear what you’re saying? You’re saying,

    “Something must be wrong with me,
    because every time I think about failure, I feel bad.
    I've got this fear that comes up in me when I think about failure.”

    And we say, and there’s something wrong with that?
    It’s good. It’s good that you feel that emotion,
    when you think that thought,
    because that thought is so contrary to who you are and what you want,
    and what your Source Energy knows about you.

    So, there’s nothing wrong with you."

    When you feel fear, itīs not source, warning you!
    It ALWAYS ALWAYS means, you are disconnected from source.

    Letīs say, you are in a situation, you didnīt know you where,
    but you are in a situation where there is something to be feared.
    There is a hungry bear, or a forest-fire on itīs way to your camp,
    or, or, or, or, or. So, your guidance-system is CALLING you
    to some place else:

    Well, what happens is, you get filled full -you find yourself full
    of an impulse, to do something!
    And it is NOT SCARY!!
    Itīs an impulse to do something!


    "Why are you packing up?" -"Because Iīm leaving."
    -"Why are you leaving?" -"Because I want to!"
    -"Whatīs this about?" -"Come with me!"

    Iow, you are NOT feeling afraid or paralized.
    You are feeling EMPOWERED, and you are going somewhere-
    because your IB is calling you more to where you WANT to be,
    then to where you are, which is where you donīt want to be.

    (...) When you are in a moment where you feel FEAR,
    THAT is because you are standing in your now, and your IB
    is standing in your real now, and so you are misunderstanding
    the difference in the vibration.
    Your IB is ALWAYS calling you to the higher emotion.

    WHEN YOU FEEL FEAR,
    that fear that makes you tremble,
    YOU ARE NOT IN SYNC WITH YOUR IB.
    That fear ALWAYS means,
    DISCONNECTION from SOURCE.
    ALWAYS.

    And it ONLY is, what it means.
    And any of you who have been in tragerous positions,
    know that! Your adrenalin flows, you can leap tall buildings
    with a single bound, you find yourself capable of
    doiung things that you didnīt know you were could do-
    and when people say "thank you for your bravery!"
    -you usually say, you heros that live that:

    "I wasnīt brave! I just did, what anybody would do!

    I just did, what anybody would do, given the connection I had,
    and the feeling and impulse I had- that was UNDENIABLE!

    because you look at it so different than Source does!


    Abe:
    We are wanting to help you find a way of accepting once and for all
    the perfection of who you are,

    and we want so much for you to find this place
    where you really are so sure of who you are
    that anyone else’s opinion of who you are does not matter at all.

    In other words, we want you to be able to…

    ...mess something up altogether or blow an exam
    or crash your car or do any other number of things [to which]
    much of the world would say,

    “Well, that was certainly an inappropriate thing for you to do,”
    and we want you to be able to stand proudly and say,

    “Hey, I did that and it doesn’t have any relationship to who I really am.”


    In other words, “Who I am is Source energy physically embodied.
    Who I am is pure positive energy out here on the leading edge….
    Who I am is an eternal seeker of alignment with who I am.

    But I’m not going to let any outside standards or judgments confuse me about who I am.”

    And we feel that’s what is at the basis of all of this for you.
    When you let somebody in really close where they might really know [you],
    then you start worrying about what they really think,
    and we want all of you to reach the place
    where it just doesn’t matter to you so much what anybody else thinks -

    it only matters to you how you feel.

    And when you reach that place then you attract those people that agree with that.
    Does that make some sense to you?


    We do not believe that anyone could sit in a room like this… and hear someone like Abraham,
    who knows the perfection of who you are, telling you how good you are,
    how wonderful you are, how really right you are, how really expansive and ever-changing you are,
    and we don’t think that any of you could get it even close to the way we know it and mean it.

    What we hope to do is to incite within you a desire

    to train yourself into that dominant thought.

    We want you to train yourself into self-appreciation.
    And you just do it one little thought at a time.

    "I am focused in ways that are causing emotions.
    And Iīm trying to control emotions,
    but Iīm not doing anything about directing my thoughts."

    And if we would stand in any of your physical shoes,
    and we were scattered all over the place-
    we would understand the fear.

    Because, if you are waking on a very narrow ledge,
    and there is a big distance that you could fall-
    and scuff yourself up pretty good, and you havenīt PRACTICED it,
    you donīt feel stable
    (wobble-movements)
    -as you say, youīr all over the place!-
    -You havenīt practiced your STEADINESS,
    we say:

    STAY OFF THE LEDGE!
    Stay off the ledge.
    Because, itīs not gonna go well!

    And some would say, "My fear is well placed"!
    And we say, well, itīs showing you, that you are in a tragerous place!
    And you say, "When I stand here, it scares me to death!"

    And we say, THEN DONīT STAND THERE!
    Go some place thatīs not so scary!

    And itīs the SAME thing about this thoughts that you are thinking,
    that are giving you fear! Go some place, with the thought you think-
    go some place WITH YOUR THOUGHTS!-
    that donīt feel scary!

    Doesnīt that make sense?
    Thatīs what your guidance-system is about!

    The less guarded your stance is,
    the more you are going to enjoy your journey.
    And the less guarded your stance is,
    the more your journey will be the way you want it to be.
    And then, the more subtle the variances will be.

    In other words, a perfect life is one with subtle variances in vibration
    and acute, astute awareness of where you stand in relationship to it.
    You're not going from joy to depression or from ecstasy to agony.

    You're going from less clarity to more clarity,
    from not as much fun to more fun,
    from 'I like you pretty good' to 'I adore you and want to lick your face.'

    In other words, you're in these higher registries.

    Don't let any place that you are standing frighten you.
    All it is, is a byproduct of some Energy alignment,
    which only gives you stronger clarity
    about what you want — and, most importantly,
    greater sensitivity about whether you're in a
    receiving mode or locked off of it.
