    When you meditate...


    Your improved state of emotion will not be limited only
    to the 15 minutes that you are participating in the guided meditation,
    but will extend into many of your other waking moments.

    When you make a decision to look for positive aspects
    in the experience that is unfolding right now,
    you will create an expectation that will allow an immediate manifesting
    of evidence to support that Vibrational shift.

    In other words, the more you look for positive aspects
    of your current life, the more positive aspects will step forward
    to reveal themselves to you.


    During your 15-minute guided meditation process,
    you will have found a way to feel abundance
    without the need to see evidence of it.
    But, over time, you will be able to see what you were not able
    to see before. And with a bit more time,
    you will become completely expectant of good things
    to come into your experience.


    The fastest way to bring more wonderful examples of abundance
    into your personal experience is to take constant notice
    of the wonderful things that are already there.

    The abundance that you allow is always
    a perfect match to your expectation.

    Through our daily process of focusing upon your breathing,
    you will progressively breathe your resistance away,
    causing a gradual shift in your Vibrational point of attraction.

    And then, you will begin to feel a strong resonance with the words
    that we have been speaking to you.
    When that occurs, the Vibration of your physical body
    and that of the Source within you will be at the same Vibrational frequency;
    and when that occurs, your physical body will benefit.

    In the same way that a complete understanding of electricity
    is unnecessary in order to flip the switch and receive the benefit of it,
    you do not need to understand the complex inner workings
    of your physical body.

    You only need to understand the simple process
    by which you allow your intelligent cells to do their work.


    As you find and practice resonance with
    the Vibration of the Source within you, communication between
    the cells of your body flourishes, as does your entire physical body.

    Use the morning-process!


    Can you feel the frequency of Enthusiasm?
    Can you feel the frequency of FUN?

    -So, it’s possible to feel a frequency, by interpreting it through Emotion
    in a sort of thoughtless place.
    That’s all we’re asking you to do, first thing in the morning:
    Wake up and enjoy the non-thought.

    Don’t be too quick to try to figure out what this day means,
    where you have to go and have to do, just give yourself, if you can,
    68 seconds of just basking in the Energy,
    in the non-action, non-verbal, even non-thought
    vibrational frequency.

    Just give it a chance and see what happens.
    And then watch how thoughts begin to follow.
    It is our promise to you – get that momentum going, and you’ll be off
    on the right foot, and as soon as tomorrow,
    you’ll have a day unlike any other day that you ever had.

    Give it a month,
    and you’ll feel absolute control of your experience.

    Meditation- RELOADED 2017!

    Weīve been telling you for a while-
    we donīt mean it anymore, though,
    weīve been telling you for a while that weīd rather see you
    in a state of appreciation, than in a state of meditation!

    Because, in a state of meditation, youīve quieted your mind
    way down to satisfaction.
    But in a state of appreciation, there is still no resistance, but
    youīve lots of momentum going. And, appreciation is right
    on the brink of FULL, BLOWN manifestation!

    But DO NOT SAVE your appreciation
    ONLY for manifestations!!
    Appreciate how you feel! Appreciate the love that you feel.
    Appreciate the memories that you hold! Appreciate how your
    body feels! Appreciate your comfort in the moment.

    You get what we mean.

    When you have slept- as when you have meditated!-
    you HAVE found resonance, or harmony, with Source.



    Sleep, at itīs finest- weīve not said this to you, before-
    sleep in itīs most precise value, is attunement,
    or alignment with the energies of your source!

    That is the whole point- people say, well, what about rest?
    You are resiting while you are sitting here.
    Your muscles are at rest- iow, you DONīT need to sleep
    to rest! Your body gets plenty of rest!

    But the benefit of SLEEP is, it quiets your mind.
    And it gives you a greater opportunity to slow the momentums
    of unwanted and to pick up the momentums of wanted.

    So when you slumber- no matter what you are dreaming about,
    or even really, no matter what thoughts come up to your mind,
    when you first wake up- you HAVE accomplished a very good
    thing during sleep.

    Because, as you have slept- as when you have meditated!-
    you HAVE found resonance, or harmony, with the source
    within you. And so, the potential for alignment is greater now
    were you have rested.

    And think about that, in terms of action versus allowing-
    making things happen, versus letting things happen-
    sometimes, people are so determined to make things happen
    that they donīt even let themselves sleep.

    They donīt do THE thing that is most conducive,
    to connecting to the power that is who-they-are!

    We are not talking about LONG sleep. Weīr not saying you need
    "this much" sleep. Weīr saying,
    JUST ALLOW YOURSELF that time of alignment-
    so that who you really are can step forwards, in the day with you.

    And the more often you do that, than the better every step
    forwards in every day will feel to you- which is the whole point
    of all of it. You didnīt come here to get stuff done, or to fix stuff
    that is broken!

    When you meditate, you get ready to RECEIVE sources thoughts

    (when you trained yourself into positive expectation...)
    ...Then you can let go of all the rituals that you have been thinking,
    and all the rules that youīve been needing to follow,
    and all the information that youīve been trying to hold in your mind.

    Your mind is not a storage-cabinet where you are receiving and
    remembering! You are a receiving- and transmitting mechanism!
    And you transmitted, while you were in step 1.
    THATīS when you did the asking, THATīS when you
    do your thinking!

    Your thinking is about sorting and sifting through the contrast.
    Thatīs when you think, thatīs when you compare.
    Thatīs when you reason and rationalise, thatīs when you decide, thatīs
    when you conclude. Thatīs when you are thinking what you prefer.

    Thatīs what you are doing, in step 1!

    And step 2 is not your work at all- source just gathers up all of the
    things that youīve asked for, and holds them, in this combined,
    newly amended state of being and KNOWS them to BE.
    Knows them to be!

    And then, you STOP thinking and get into the
    receiving mode, and itīs sort of hard to know, that
    youīre not thinking the thoughts,
    when you are RECEIVING them.

    And you want to take credit for them, because the ideas are SO
    AWESOME, as they come to you!
    (laughter) But just for a little while,
    instead of saying "I am thinking a lot of good things", say "I am
    receiving a lot of really good thoughts. And the reason that Iīm
    receiving a lot of really good thougts is, that Iīm in the receiving-mode.

    And the reason that Iīm in the receiving-mode, is: Iīve put myself in
    a position, where the thoughts that were NOT really good at the
    beginning, stopped being-
    (by meditating)
    so that the thoughts that ARE really good at the beginning could be
    mine, and grew to be more!"

    (...Abe advice how to meditate- by concentrating on a ticking of a clock,
    or listening to an aircondition).
    THATīs what you want to focus upon.
    That boring, very small, very inactive, not important -doesnīt have
    ANY contradiction in the thought- focus upon it!

    And when you do that for a little while, youīll start floating.
    Youīll feel your detachment.
    You come into concert with your source-energy.

    And once you do that, youīll be in the RECEIVING-MODE.
    And what your IB knows, about what youīve been asking to,
    will begin to occur to you. And, it wonīt feel like a problem.
    It will feel like "I wanna DO this!"

    Naps vs Meditation vs getting drunk


    HS:
    Do naps count as meditation?

    Abe
    Well, they are better than holding thoughts that that donīt feel good.
    When you go to sleep, the momentum stops. But the likelyhood is,
    youīr gonna pick it up (again) pretty quickly.

    While meditation actually CHANGES the trajectory
    of the vibration.

    Itīs like, you could get drunk, and feel better, too!
    But when you sober up, youīr gonna get right back to the vibration
    you had before.

    Because (...) so in meditation you quieted your mind, until you
    feel detached. Then, you come into alignment with the source
    within you. And you RECEIVE a thought!

    And remember what we said, we asked you to be AWARE of that
    thought. And to contemplate: Did I RECEIVE this thought?
    And if you acknowledge, YES I received this thought,
    now your vibration is in a different place than it
    has EVER been, before!
    EVER BEFORE. With a nap, it doesnīt work this way.

    Most choose negative momentum
    over calmness, as in meditation.
    But donīt give up meditation to NET you
    positive momentum!

    You are really good at seeing, and you are really
    good at hearing, and you are really good at tasting.
    Most people would rather have a negative, full-blown
    experience of being in the world, than they would a
    positive experience, of closing their eyes and meditating.

    (...) Itīs because, out here in the world, there is MOMENTUM.
    And back here in meditation, there is not much.

    And most people havenīt figured out how to allow
    positive-only momentum to grow and grow and grow!
    And so they think momentum is what matters most-
    and they take ANY momentum, wich is negative momentum,
    over not much momentum.

    But itīs just because they didnīt play it out, long enough!

    Most people go to meditate- they canīt really quiet
    their mind, they try to quiet their mind, and then
    they think about things, and then they think about things
    that they have been worried about, and then they get up-
    and after a little while, after a week or two, or three or four,
    they say itīs a waste of time.

    Because they havenīt allowed themselves the benefit
    of really quieting your mind, and feeling that success
    of that first reception of that first thought, as that
    first vibration TURNS INTO A THOUGHT.

    If you will meditate... it might take a week or two,
    LONG ENOUGH
    to have that first thought explode into your mind, where you can
    acknowledge that your in the RECEIVING mode- then youīr
    off and running!
