    Abe:
    See, the whole point why your IB is leading you AROUND it
    (your resistances),
    is so that you don´t get snarled up, in it, and make it more.
    So, if you say "I´m having trouble letting it go",
    than you are sort of snarled upon in it.

    HS:
    So, when I meditate, I´m sort of trying to align with my source, but...

    Abe:
    When you meditate, you DO align with your source!
    You are not TRYING to do it! It´s like saying:
    I´m gonna let go of this cork, and I am trying to let it float.
    No, you´r not get to try to get it float, you just gonna LET GO of it.

    It´s gonna float.

    The first is meditation.
    And we know, some of you are adversed to it,
    only in the sense that you want more CONTROL,
    then it seems to give you.
    And, there is a little giving up of control,
    on your way to ULTIMATE control!

    Quieting your mind quiets your resistance.
    Quiets you thoughts, quiets resistance. And it puts you
    in sync with who you really are!
    But it also serves a very important purpose,
    it makes you more sensitive to where you are.

    And so, your negative emotion sticks out, like a bigger soar thumb.
    You find yourself being a little more dramatic,
    that you are used to being. Or you find yourself wanting to
    rectify things, as you´r moving along, through action.

    But we like that new-found sense of activity,
    that you are finding, through alignment.
    Because, it´s only through your AWARENESS,
    that something feels a little off, that you will have the wherewithal
    to GUIDE it, into something that feels a little better!

    And it´s so easy for you to do that, given what you now know.

    So, meditation is one of the powerful tools, that will lead you-
    if you want- into more often receptive mode.
    So, that the fullness of who you are is having the conversation,
    or is enjoying the moment.

    And the other is ACTIVE APPRECIATION.
    Active appreciation is really step 2 of the alignment-process, iow,
    once you know you are in alignment, turn up the gas!
    Once you know you are in alignment, milk it, for all it´s worth.
    When you know for sure that you are feeling good-
    stay focused on the good that you are feeling, and
    exaggerate it to every degree that you can-with as many people
    who play with you!

    Because THIS is the way that you practice the vibration
    when it´s EASY to practice it, and this is the way you get out, AHEAD.
    This is the way you practice the BELIEF of worthiness.
    This is the way you practice the BELIEF of invincibility!
    This is the way you become fearless.
    This is the way you come into true knowing, of who you are:

    It´s by actively increasing the momentum of this (IITV) receptive mode.
    While you are actively de-creasing the momentum of this (OOTV) receptive mode.

    of meditation!


    Sometimes we´ve said to you
    that we would rather see you in a state
    of appreciation, than in a state of meditation!
    Because appreciation is a FURTHER ADVANCED state
    of meditation!

    That´s alignment with no resistance-

    Asking for more is always challenging what is, and Don’t sweat the small stuff

    We know for sure that you have beliefs that are causing
    resistance to your now desires.
    Because your current desires are always going beyond
    your now beliefs.
    Because
    what’s in your vortex is always going beyond
    the manifestation that has already been allowed!
    So what is, is always going to be a hindrance to the next that is coming.

    And so, if you’re really AWARE of what’s going on, and you’re really SCRUTINIZING [it], and observant of what is,
    you’re hindering the flow of what you’ve already set into motion.

    You don’t have to have big consequential battles that you’re fighting.
    In fact, the more life has caused you to ask,
    then the more likely you are to have negative emotion.
    Because asking for more is always challenging what is!

    Ooh, sit with that for a moment.
    The becoming that is essential, is always challenging what is.
    And if you’re so fascinated with what is,
    then you’re setting up resistance
    for what’s coming up next.

    That’s why meditation is helpful. Give yourself a break.
    Quiet your mind. Stop observing. Stop talking about it...
    Stop talking about it. Stop fussing over things.
    Stop making big deals out of things that don’t matter.
    Don’t sweat the small stuff, and it all IS small stuff.

    Let life show you want you want, and then flow with it.
    Live a little, and then flow with it.
    Live a little, and then flow with it. Go with the flow.
    Live a little, and then flow with it.

    Don’t challenge it.
    And what makes you challenge it, and test it, is a practised sense
    of unworthiness that you’ve been dragging around
    for quite a long time.

    So you feel like you’ve gotta justify, or defend, or rationalize
    this new desire that you have.
    When the most natural thing in the world is for you,
    to have a new desire!
    It’s about finding some way to deserve the conscious flow
    that you’ve got going.

    Sometimes people say, Abraham I’m really worried.
    Because the more I listen to you, the more I worry about
    the thoughts that I might think.
    I don’t know if I’m a very good deliberate creator.
    [Imitating humans] "Suck those thoughts back,
    before Law of Attraction gets hold of them!"

    -And they say, what about my unconscious thoughts?
    What about my sub-conscious thoughts?
    What about my cellular thoughts?
    What about the thoughts that are going on in me
    that I don’t even know are going on in me?
    How do I be a deliberate creator when I’m thinking
    at all levels of my being? What do I do about that?

    And we say, first of all, if you’re not having
    any emotion about it, either positive or negative,
    then it’s not a big enough vibrational factor,
    making any real difference in your experience.

    And so, if we were standing in your physical shoes,
    and we realise that we were having either positive
    or negative emotions, we would REVEL in that knowledge.
    Because that means something is big enough going on,
    there’s a strong enough asking—if it’s negative emotion—
    there’s a strong enough asking that is being challenged
    by my beliefs.

    It might be good for me to meditate a little bit
    or for me to take more walks in the park
    or for me to have more massage or for me
    to quiet my mind more often.

    To allow the power of my desire to carry me
    into new places AROUND the path of least resistance
    of beliefs that might be hindering.

    But THEN you become a part of a conversation like this,
    where you actually get hold of the understanding
    that you’re asking for more than you’re able to allow,
    but you still can allow it.

    So you still can focus in a way that allows the energy to flow.
    And as that energy flows, then what ceases
    is any evidence of resistance, like negative emotion, or pain.
    Because as you distract yourself, as you allow
    the energy to flow, then, the tension stops.
