    HS:
    Say, if I one day didnīt want to eat this green stuff,
    but wanted a donut...
    could I bless it? So that itīs not so bad on my body?


    (long, VERY long pause...) Abe, with a sigh:
    We feel it necessary to start at the beginning...

    Well. We can bless your donut all you want.
    But unless youīr not ITV while you eat it-
    it will do no good!

    Path of least resistance

    The tendency is to try to figure out why this wasn't a match.
    That's like asking someone why they don't want to eat peas. [...]

    "The Path of Least Resistance," what does that sound like to you?
    "The Path of Least Resistance"..."the Path of Least Resistance."
    Not "The Path of Proving Myself."
    Not "The Path of Figuring Out Why Somebody Doesn't Like Me."
    Not "the Path of Understanding What Went Wrong."

    "The Path of Least Resistance."
    "The Path of Least Resistance."
    "The Path of Least Resistance."

    Don't make things hard; make things as easy as you possibly can,
    which means we would spend not one more minute trying
    to figure out why someone wouldn't be delighted with what you have to offer.

    Just accept that there was more resistance on the path
    than needed to be and now just look for the Path of Least Resistance.

    "So, since I know for sure that I'm in synch with who I am
    and what I want and something that I thought was a relationship
    that I thought I wanted to pursue or proceed on because it didn't happen,

    Because until you are sure that you're in synch,
    you can't know what component's out of whack.
    And this is the thing that we're wanting to help you to clarify.
    Because--if we were standing in your physical shoes
    and anything that we thought we wanted wasn't coming into fruition-
    -we'd say, "Oh, good. More evidence that there's more vibrational adjustment for me to do."

    <snip> IOW, what you want is just going to flow to you.
    You don't have to try so hard.

    When you get in synch with Who-You-Are
    and what you're looking for in a relationship,
    it is our promise to you that another
    (and there are many who fit the vibrational equivalent)
    will flow easily and effortlessly into your experience.

    And that's what you're looking for you.
    You're looking for "the next logical step." Not "the next challenge."
    Not "the next thing to conquer or to overcome."
    You're just looking for "the next logical step."
    It will always come in a steady path,
    a steady trail of circumstances and events, leading you
    to where you want to be-
    but leading you to "where you are right now" wanting to be,
    "where you are right now" wanting to be,
    "where you are right now" wanting to be,
    "where you are right now" wanting to be.

    until you like to eat raw fish!
    You donīt have to like to eat raw fish!
    You donīt have to like to eat gras-hoppers, either!
    You donīt have to eat worms, either!

    "But, Abraham. What if somebody gives me a bowl of worms?
    Shouldnīt I be able to eat a bowl of worms, and LIKE it?
    Shouldnīt I be able to do enough focus-wheels, that I am
    in complete alignment about eating a bowl of worms?"

    And we said: Really, Esther.
    Do you really want to eat a bowl of worms?
    "No! But I donīt want to be resistant to anything!"

    And we said:
    You where born to SELECT!
    You where born to choose!
    Donīt write a focus-wheel to get yourself to like things,
    that you donīt like!

    Thatīs NOT THE POINT of this!
    This is NOT what the art of allowing is.
    The art of allowing is not making yourself like,
    what everybody else wants you to like.

    The art of allowing is you, getting in sync with
    what YOU have put in your Vortex!
    Can you hear the difference in that ?

    He reacts negatively to sugar

    HS has an issue with sugar.
    He loves sweet things, but when he eats them,
    his body reacts in unwanted ways.

    (This is) going to be surprising to you.
    Your physical body is ASKING for a lot of this things,
    that your mind has decided, are not good for you.

    So (...) your cells are asking for energy, and so
    the energy is forth coming,
    but there is blockage that is not allowing the energy
    to move- which results in what you call pain.

    So when the cells are asking for something that they want,
    but you have decided that this thing that you are
    INSPIRED to, isnīt good for you. So you are asking for it
    and blocking it, at the same time- which is why you
    are feeling tired.

    Cravings are going to occur to you.
    So here's the rule of thumb about eating,
    or about investing in the stock market, or about anything else:

    If the impulse comes from a joyous thought that feels good,
    follow it.
    If the impulse comes from an uncomfortable thought that felt bad,
    don't follow it.

    You are totally free to choose after your unique liking.

    There are many situations, attitudes, lifestyles—even food choices—
    that you do not want to participate with.

    Through the living of your life, you have identified many wanted
    and unwanted aspects, and it is important to remember
    that none of those unwanted things can jump into your experience,
    because there is no assertion in your attraction-based Universe.

    The choices that others make cannot negatively impact
    your experience unless you include them in your experience
    through your attention to them.

    Things come to you only through your Vibrational invitation—
    and they remain only by your continuing attention to them.

    Your Universe is based upon freedom.
    Freedom for everyone to choose what they give their attention to,
    and therefore what they choose to experience.
    And your interaction with one another provides a contrasting basis
    that assures continual expansion.


    When others achieve Vibrational alignment with something they desire,
    they in no way deprive you of your desires.
    If your time-space reality has inspired a desire within you,
    it is certain that your desire can be fulfilled,

    Resistance about specific foods...


    HS:
    When I came here, the big question I had with all of this is…
    all of the different kinds of foods that people, you know...
    Society is saying, well these foods are bad for you, these foods make you, you know,
    have diabetes, have cancer,
    and these are the good foods, these are the bad foods,
    and they know that, like, over the last fifteen/twenty years…

    Abraham:
    Well, we have to interrupt you here.
    We want to say to you
    blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah.
    In other words, we want to say to you, none of that matters,
    none of that matters, none of that matters,
    none of that matters, none of that matters.
    None of that matters. None of that matters.
    None of that matters. Not any of that matters….
    None of that matters.


    HS:
    Well, if it doesn’t matter,
    then why when you go back to the last century, they had the Hunzas,
    the tribe of 10,000 people…
    the white sugar and the…and the flour came in,
    and then they got all these diseases!
    But that’s before they even knew that that stuff was bad nutritionally!
    That’s before…
    There weren’t any vibrations about that kind of food!
    How did that happen to them?

    Is there - I mean it’s just…It’s a hurdle I have as far as getting over that…
    that piece that the kind of food that you eat doesn’t matter! It’s…


    Abraham:
    Well, if it is satisfying to you to hold to those limiting thoughts,
    then we encourage you to do so.


    HS:
    No, it’s not. No…

    Abraham:
    When we hear you here, and we understand it, we have to say to you,
    you’ve missed our point.

    HS:
    No, no, I haven’t.

    Abraham:
    Then why are you talking about food again?

    You are so accustomed to arguing for your limitation with that information.
    You’ve just decided that you’re going to do it anyway.
    You can do it as long as you want to, but we would ask another question:
    Is this helping me?

    Meaning, does it make me feel good to focus upon it? We don’t think so.

    Does it get me closer to what I am wanting in terms of my manifestation? No.
    Then it’s not good information.

    And not only is it not useful, helpful information for you,
    it’s not even true!
    It’s just what somebody told you in order to motivate you towards something
    that they had decided was a better plan for you
    because if it was a better plan for you, it would enhance them in some way.

    Here’s what we know about physical bodies:
    Physical bodies have been thriving under a variety…
    Look even now on your planet.
    Do you know what a diverse diet is taking place even on your planet today?
    And there are people thriving in every culture.
    And there are people not thriving in every culture.

    And it is not about what they are eating.
    It is about how they are feeling.

    And if you would take those facts that you were just offering to us
    that have been offered to you with such certainty that you believe them,
    and you would research those people in terms of other things
    that were happening in their cultures and in their lives around the same thing,
    you would find powerful reasons of resistance
    that were present at the same time.

    Because everything is vibrational. I’m lettin’ it in or I’m not.

    And I’m using lots of things as my excuse to let it in or as my excuse not to let it in.
    But it’s all vibrational…

    Free of allergies

    You want to control your RESPONSE to the environment,
    around you. You donīt need to ask anybody to be perfect-
    you just care about YOUR RESPONSE to their perfection,
    or imperfection!

    And the same is true of this other
    (being allergic).
    There are all kinds of things around you, that have the potential
    of bothering you- or not!

    You have to prepare yourself, to not be bothered, you see!
    Until eventually, you can stand strong, WHERE EVER YOU ARE.
