    How to know if you are ITV/in the receiving mode?

    You might say, "How do I know
    if I'm in a receiving mode or not?" And we say,
    you always feel good
    when you're in a receiving mode
    .

    When someone offers you a compliment,
    do you receive it, or do you sort of just shrug it off?
    There's something about believing
    that you must justify your existence
    through your effort or through your perseverance,
    through your struggle.

    And many of you just have not practiced
    the receiving mode.

    Even though this Vortex that we speak of cannot be found
    on physical maps and is not indicated by physical signposts,
    it is a reality that exists just the same.

    It is your Vibrational Reality, and you can tell
    when you enter your Vortex by the way you feel.
    You can tell by the way you feel when you exit your Vortex.

    In fact, your personal, precise Emotional Guidance System
    is the only effective road map or signpost to your Vortex.


    All cooperative components to the furthermost expanded version of you
    have been gathered by the Law of Attraction and are held in timeless,
    spaceless ever readiness, for your access and utilization
    in your Vortex of Creation.

    But, if you are to become a cooperative component to your own Vortex
    and to all of the wonderful things that have been gathered there,
    you must be a Vibrational Match to your Vortex.
    In other words, you too must have a high frequency,
    and you too must be without resistance.

    Why you would be willing to hate, rather than love-

    of wellbeing, of vitality, of clarity, of wellness-
    when wellness and clarity and vitality
    FEEL SO WONDERFUL!

    And we know, you do it because you got a habit of doing it,
    and itīs hard to brake habits.
    You do it, because LoA enables you."

    When you feel fear, itīs not source, warning you!
    It ALWAYS ALWAYS means, you are disconnected from source.

    Letīs say, you are in a situation, you didnīt know you where,
    but you are in a situation where there is something to be feared.
    There is a hungry bear, or a forest-fire on itīs way to your camp,
    or, or, or, or, or. So, your guidance-system is CALLING you
    to some place else:

    Well, what happens is, you get filled full -you find yourself full
    of an impulse, to do something!
    And it is NOT SCARY!!
    Itīs an impulse to do something!


    "Why are you packing up?" -"Because Iīm leaving."
    -"Why are you leaving?" -"Because I want to!"
    -"Whatīs this about?" -"Come with me!"

    Iow, you are NOT feeling afraid or paralized.
    You are feeling EMPOWERED, and you are going somewhere-
    because your IB is calling you more to where you WANT to be,
    then to where you are, which is where you donīt want to be.

    (...) When you are in a moment where you feel FEAR,
    THAT is because you are standing in your now, and your IB
    is standing in your real now, and so you are misunderstanding
    the difference in the vibration.
    Your IB is ALWAYS calling you to the higher emotion.

    WHEN YOU FEEL FEAR,
    that fear that makes you tremble,
    YOU ARE NOT IN SYNC WITH YOUR IB.
    That fear ALWAYS means,
    DISCONNECTION from SOURCE.
    ALWAYS.

    And it ONLY is, what it means.
    And any of you who have been in tragerous positions,
    know that! Your adrenalin flows, you can leap tall buildings
    with a single bound, you find yourself capable of
    doiung things that you didnīt know you were could do-
    and when people say "thank you for your bravery!"
    -you usually say, you heros that live that:

    "I wasnīt brave! I just did, what anybody would do!

    I just did, what anybody would do, given the connection I had,
    and the feeling and impulse I had- that was UNDENIABLE!
    "

    Life treats you as you FEEL!


    Donīt you know people, running around as victims?
    And doesnīt the world treat them badly?
    You want to say to them-

    "Youīr not making this stuff up!
    I donīt blame you for feeling bad about that, that happened,
    or that, that happened or that, that happened.
    You have not been dealt a very good hand."

    But then, we want to say to all of them:
    YOU ARE DEALING YOUR OWN HAND!

    You are dealing your own hand,
    and all the cards are face-up!
    You get to choose EVERY SINGLE THING.


    There is no mystery in any of this-
    once you begin to understand it, you see!

    Life is treating you as you FEEL.

    The better you feel, emotionally,
    the more you are allowing your alignment with Source.
    The worse you feel, the more you are resisting Source.


    When no resistance is being offered by you, your natural state
    of alignment resumes—and so does the alignment between your cells
    and their Source.

    During your first days or weeks of your daily participation
    with our guided meditation recording, your cellular relief will occur
    primarily during the 15 minutes that you are listening and relaxing
    and breathing. But eventually—because of your daily focusing
    upon your breathing and releasing of resistance—
    the Law of Attraction will sync you up with better-and-better-feeling thoughts.


    The more good-feeling thoughts you focus upon,
    the more you allow the cells of your body to thrive.
    You will notice a marked improvement in clarity, agility, stamina, and vigor,
    for you are literally breathing your way to Well-Being,
    until chronic feelings of appreciation, love, eagerness, and joy
    will confirm that you have released all resistance
    and are now allowing Well-Being.

    There is no shortage of money or time.

    There is no shortage. And any attention to shortage of something wanted
    will always produce negative emotion within you
    because your guidance is letting you know
    that you have strayed from your broader
    basic understanding of abundance and WellBeing.

    Now you might say,
    “Well, I wouldn’t have hit myself over the head with the hammer
    if it hadn’t been there. Somebody left it there.
    And I saw somebody else hitting themselves over the head with a hammer,
    so I thought it was the appropriate behavior.
    So I started doing it too.”

    And we say, but didn’t it hurt?
    And you say, “Yeah, it hurt a lot.”
    And we say, there, that’s guidance!”

    Reach for relief!

    So, the very worst feeling emotion has to be
    that suffocating feeling when you feel lack of control.

    And the emotion you often describe
    when you are offering that vibration -
    we hear you use words like grief, or words like betrayal,
    or words like depression -the words don’t matter so much,
    there’s only two emotions, one feels good and one feels bad,
    and then there’s that infinite range inbetween -
    you have lots of different names for the way you feel along this continuum-,

    but, let us say, for sake of this example,
    that that deep depression, that feeling of grief,
    that feeling of not being able to do something about it,
    that powerless, lost feeling - let us describe that
    as the most disconnected vibration that you can achieve.


    So, there you are in your depression.
    Now, the thing that we want you to hear is:
    You might come to an Abraham gathering,
    or you might talk to someone who has been to one and,
    in your depression, as they are observing you, they might say to you:


    “Hey, you gotta think some happy thoughts!
    You need to cheer up! You need to stop being so negative!”
    In which case, you might want to say to them:
    “You need to drop dead!”

    Because you don’t have access to that bright happy thought or feeling,
    even though you have thought happy things before,
    even though you have had access to happy thoughts at other times,
    in this moment, of that vibration,
    that feels like it’s sucking the life right out of you,
    you don’t have access to that bright happy thought.


    So what we want you to hear in this quest for reconnecting
    to who you really are, is:

    “The best you can do is reach for the best you can do!”

    In other words:
    “The best you can do is find the best thought you can find.”
    And maybe a thought of rage or anger
    is the best thought that you can find.


    Sometimes that angry thought that you discover
    is a big improvement over the suffocating grief
    that you were feeling before.


    You see what we’re getting at?
    Now, somebody who does not understand
    the components of your grief, who really doesn’t like
    to see somebody who’s angry, might say to you:
    “You’re anger is inappropriate.”
    In which case we advise you to tell them, again, to drop dead.

    Because they don’t know how far you have come,
    they cannot know the improvement you have found.
    They don’t know how much better that anger is
    than that grief that you were feeling just moments before.


    Now, if your intention is to reach for the best feeling-thought
    that you can find,
    and you have found the relief,
    don’t let somebody tell you that it isn’t.

    You know that it is, but now don’t give up on your quest
    to reach for a better feeling.
    Keep reaching.
