    Quotes about breathing

    Deep breathing is a big part of your Well-being.
    Because with that deep breath there is activation
    on a cellular level. In other words, it is the current that
    carries the vitality to the extremities of the cells.
    And so the more you are breathing,
    the more you are thriving.

    Some say it is the way the Spirit moves.
    We would say, it is the way life moves most efficiently through
    your physical body. And fortunately, it is something that is not
    left to your conscious mind. You don't have to prompt yourself to
    breathe. It just happens. But you can prompt yourself to breathe more.

    We encourage that you deliberately take some air in.
    And then before you let it out, take some more air in.
    And before you let it out... And you say, "I can't take any more in
    because there's no place for it to go."
    And we say, "Yes, there is. Take some more in."

    Expand your capacity.
    Your lungs, like balloons can be all shriveled up or expanded fully.
    As you move on a regular basis, they expand somewhat.
    But they don't expand fully. As you deliberately breathe deeper,
    it becomes more natural for them to get fuller.

    And before you know it, it will be an involuntary thing.
    You will naturally breathe more deeply... And your bodies will thrive.
    It's even more important than drinking water.
    It's right up there, with life itself.

    When concentrating on your breathing, you are not concentrating
    on other things. And in that absence of resistance, you are also
    allowing an Alignment of Energy.

    So you get a double whammy with it.
    You're aligning with Source Energy. You are literally feeding
    the cells of your body, allowing oxygen to reach the extremities
    of your cells. Everybody comes alive - and everything works better.

    Metabolism works better,
    elimination works better,
    clarity works better,
    blood flows better.
    Thriving comes from this.

    Just breathe!

    Through our daily process of focusing upon your breathing,
    you will progressively breathe your resistance away,
    causing a gradual shift in your Vibrational point of attraction.

    And then, you will begin to feel a strong resonance with the words
    that we have been speaking to you.
    When that occurs, the Vibration of your physical body
    and that of the Source within you will be at the same Vibrational frequency;
    and when that occurs, your physical body will benefit.

    In the same way that a complete understanding of electricity
    is unnecessary in order to flip the switch and receive the benefit of it,
    you do not need to understand the complex inner workings
    of your physical body.

    You only need to understand the simple process
    by which you allow your intelligent cells to do their work.


    As you find and practice resonance with
    the Vibration of the Source within you, communication between
    the cells of your body flourishes, as does your entire physical body.
    And it all begins with the simple focusing upon your breathing
    to
    flip the switch” of absolute physical well-being.

    There are two things that we encourage you to do,
    in terms of ACTION:
    Sit every day for 15 minutes with the intention of filling your body
    full of air. Breathe! BREATHE! Breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe,
    breathe, breathe, BREATHE. Thats our assignment:
    15 minutes of breathing!

    15 minutes of in and out, in and out-
    and APPRECIATION, for this delicious oxigen. In and out, in and out,
    in and out, just breathing, breathing, breathing, breathing, breathing.

    If you would just do that, your chaotic world would smoothe right out,
    it WOULD. Just by focusing on breathing for 15 minutes, every day.
    15 minutes breathing, really breathing, breathing with the idea of
    filling my body, filling my lungs, so that my lungs can transport the
    oxigen and all of its lifegiving qualities to the extremities of my body.

    BREATHING. If your running, or if your moving your body, your
    doing it automatically. But, breathe. Breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe.

    It is THE exercise of ALLOWING,
    above all other exercises of allowing.

    Its really an interesting thing. So many of you come to this Paradise,
    in the quest to relax and lay back.
    And then you become the most tense people on the planet!

    You are so DETERMINED to find your freedom, that you FIGHT for it-
    in ways that you dont need to fight for it!
    In every bit of fight or struggle, or quest, you are pointed upstream.
    In every bit of relaxing and allowing, and breathing,
    and trusting, you are downstream.

    In the beginning, you have to coach your self to breath deeper. When you're running you don't have to think about it, your body demands it. When you're moving your body you don't have to think about it. Your body demands it. But when you are sitting like an environment
    such as this, it is very helpful for you to deliberately breath in more, breathe in more, breath in more, breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more.

    And right when you think that you cannot breathe in any more, breathe in more, and then experience the deliciousness of a long easy out... out...out... out... out... out... out. And then breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more, and as you do this more deliberately, you will do it more involuntarily and your bodies will thrive.

    It's even more important than water, but it's right up there with life.

    Our true Power

    Most rarely align with their true power,
    because it seems illogical to them that there is power in relaxation, in letting go, or in love or joy or bliss.

    Most people do not understand that their true power lies in releasing resistance—which is the only obstacle to their true power.


    Most people do not expect their path to great abundance to be one of ease and of joy. They have been taught that struggle and hardship and sacrifice are requirements that must be met before the reward of great abundance can be realized.

    Most do not understand that the very struggle they deliberately involve themselves in, in their quest for success and advantage, actually works against them.

    There are so many things that you have been taught to believe that are counter to the powerful Laws of the Universe that it is difficult for you to think your way out. And that is the reason that we present this path of much less resistance.

    We want you to breathe rather than try,
    to relax rather than offer effort,
    to smile rather than struggle,
    to be rather than do.

    For your true power is experienced only from inside the Vortex.
