    Whatever the most active vibration is in the moment,
    it will dominate the moment.

    That is why itīs really fun to join the fun-table.
    Because at the fun-table, there is always a synergy going on,
    and there is a high likelyhood that
    whenever youīr near having fun,
    that when you observe the fun thatīs already been had,
    youīll be uplifted.

    Esther, experiencing goosebumps


    ...Then an amazing thing happened.
    While it had been hard for her to find it at first,
    now an avalanche of pleasing wonderful thoughts began to flood her mind,
    no effort at all. In fact it would have been harder for her to get back
    where she started, now that she had clicked in to the vibration
    of who she really is.


    And then she sat with the most rapturous goosebumps moving
    through her body as she reunited and felt the relief of moving
    from outside the vortex, in; and then reveling in the raising,
    and the raising, and the raising of vibration.


    And we said to her now that she was there,
    and now that she could hear us, we said, Esther, milk this,
    practice this vibration of being in the vortex, practice THIS vibration,
    of being in the vortex, make THIS your dominant vibration,
    practice this vibration, this is who you are, this is how you are to feel,
    this is who you be, this is home for you, this is life for you,
    THIS is where you belong.

    And she sat there radiant, glowing to the Universe.

    More about goosebumps...


    If this is truly a co-creative experience.
    And if you are, as we say you are, and you are,
    the Leading-Edge of that which is us,

    then, when that energy runs,
    when you have that recognizable harmonic experience or manifestation,
    emotional manifestation – hold that thought, that’s so good –
    then, can you acknowledge that it wasn’t you being led to something
    that Source already knew,
    it was you and Source collaboratively moving forward in creation.

    Evolution. You have to accept the premise that you are Creators.
    You have to accept the premise that we are Co-Creators.
    And then you’ll understand what those feelings are.
    In other words, we’ve talked about it in lots of different ways,
    as we’ve been bringing you into your awareness of what that alignment is.

    But when we say to you
    that those feelings of goosebumps are a breakthrough,
    we mean not just for you, we mean for All-That-Is.


    That’s that sensation of momentum, of moving into a new place.
    And it is essential to the eternalness that we all are.
    And it is natural to the equation.
    And when you start doing it on purpose,
    when you start understanding,
    when you get these fundamentals under your belt –
    and you have them… you’ve got these fundamentals under your belt,
    you are living this –
    you are now ready to co-create with Source.
    And, until you are deliberately co-creating with Source,
    you have not yet begun what you came here to do.

    You didn’t come to regurgitate something.
    You didn’t come to compare yourself to others.
    You didn’t some to resist each other.
    You didn’t come in competition with one another.
    You came as collaborative, co-creative inspirers of more.

    And when and only when you get into that modality,
    into that framework, into that approach, into that experience,
    then and only then are you Who-You-Are.
    That’s the juncture where you meet You, you see? Yeah.

    And you know, when you meet others,
    and when you hook up with other humans,
    don’t you just love conversations with those who are on your wave-length,
    but who are not trying to teach you what they know,
    they’re willing to hear what you know and, together,
    you know something that neither one of you knew before you got together.

    That’s co-creating at its best.
    And now, put that on steroids and play with your Inner Being!"

    "Getting moved" in Meditation


    Let us tell you what we know about you (to a HS who has a hard time meditating)- this isnīt a bad thing, but it is in your way of meditation:
    You are a REALLY deliberate person.

    You are precise in what you do. And what that means is, you are unwilling -and thatīs alright, we get it!- to give up control.

    And thatīs what it is, for you! You donīt want to give up control! Well, what we want you to understand is, youīr not giving up any control! You are just allowing yourself to resonate with your ULTIMATE CONTROL!

    Itīs NOT about giving anything up. Itīs just about relaxing IN. When you are in meditation, if something happens and someone needs you, youīll be alerted to it! There is no danger in just quieting your mind! Itīs just a rest-it. Itīs just a relaxation! Itīs just a deliberate slowing of unwanted momentum.

    (...) The most important thing is: You are NOT DOING IT WRONG!
    You are just getting ready to be ready to be ready. And the COMMITMENT to doing it, thatīs REALLY GOOD! And then, the enjoying-it. Thatīs another thing, thatīs good!

    (funny descriptions of how Esther reached for different ways of meditating that just didnīt work for her. Just do it the way that works best FOR YOU! -And then, giving an example of listening to the wind.) -Subtle. You have to listen... itīs boring. Keep focusing on it! Donīt think about what it is, just HEAR IT. You (to HS)- hear it!

    HS:
    I do. And then I start to think about things and then I get excited...

    Abe:
    Well now, you see- if you get quickly to the receiving mode, and then IB-thoughts start occuring to you, thatīs a whole other conversation!

    HS:
    Letīs have that conversation! Thatīs what happens!

    Abe:
    Sometimes thatīs what happens. But if you reach the place, where you focused upon whatever it is, to the point that you feel DETACHED, where you canīt feel your foot from your nose, THAT is THERE.

    If youīve reached the place, where there is a movement inside your head, thatīs sort of almost as a tension thatīs building, and then releasing- then youīr THERE! If you are in a detached enough place that your IB is offering suggestions to you and you are so out of the way, that your body is responding to the intention of your IB, THEN you are THERE.

    So, weīd get THERE, first.
    Get there, first.
    Let that happen to you.
    Let that EVIDENCE of non-thought happen,
    BEFORE you start receiving the thoughts!

    - it may be the most profound state of alignment that exits.

    Receiving body-movement?


    HS states that he often gets the body-movements that Abe are talking about, he gets them in meditation but also in any other connected state.

    HS:
    They can be subtle, but they can be extremely dynamic, when I need them...

    Abe:
    ...when you allow them.

    HS:
    What is the purpose of those movements, what is the definition of those, that a lot of people experience...

    Abe:
    The most important thing to know about them is,
    itīs EVIDENCE that you are out of the way and allowing the impulse to be received.

    Itīs like the discussion around (...) the difference between a thought and an impulse. Weīr always deliberate in the way we offer these blocks of thoughts to Esther, so that she can find words that will not mislead you in this sense:

    We never want you to feel like you are puppets on a string. We never want you to feel like you are just opening up and letting go, and letting something else live "through you".

    Thatīs why we enjoyed so much this conversation of "who is leading". Whs doing the leading? (...) YOU ARE! In your physical form, YOU ARE out there on the LEADING EDGE, asking the leading-edge-questions, and finding the leading-edge-desires, and doing the summoning from ALL-THAT-IS. Not all-that-has-been, but all-that-is!

    And so, as you allow yourself to acknowledge, that your newness, the contrast, has caused the desire within you and that the desire within you has done the summoning, and now, YOU are completing the equasion, you are balancing your energy- not only by having the desire that is attractive in nature, that is causing the LoA to respond, but now you are monitoring and contouring the beliefs. Your thoughts, your giving it a rest, your letting things go, your quieting your mind through meditation, iow, youīr learning through your emotional center to balance this energy within you.

    And as you do that, you unite with your IB and TOGETHER, we go into this place that is NEW.
    Itīs like you, uniting with your soul, and doing it deliberately.

    And until you do, your IB will NOT create your reality, without your participation! Your IB will NOT make you a puppet and cause you to live a life, that your own personal in-this-now-moment-intentionality is not a part of! You see what weīr getting at?

    THIS IS YOUR LIFE, and you get to choose it- with all of the support of all of the energy that creates worlds, WITH YOU.

    Thatīs some big dragon, isnīt it!? In the sense, that there is some big time power within that. Being a creator is a wonderful thing. Being a deliberate creator is the only way that youīll ever be happy in the process of it. And not being deliberate -you canīt stand that.

    Strange body-sensations while meditating:
    Source flows energy for releasing and healing.
    Also, it could be about summoning too much energy, through too long meditation.


    HS experiences physical sensations while meditating as the feeling she would be touched, or if water runs down her face.

    Abe:
    When you quiet your mind and you allow yourself to REALLY resonate with who you really are, the intention of the nonphysical-you is than being translated in your physical body.

    And those twitches and itches and sensations that often happen in meditation,
    are energy, sort of braking loose and moving in areas, where youīve formerly not allowing it, for whatever reason.

    There is nothing for you to do about it!
    Lots of people have written lots of silly books about it, about what this means and what this means and what this means. But we would encourage you to ALLOW this vibrational, nonphysical anatomy to HAPPEN, because of the knowledge that nonphysical has!

    Esther felt often during those early stages of meditation, and even now occasionally, feels like that someone has their hands insides her head, massaging her scalp in some ways. And often, when very well meaning people will come up to her, or offer something through the mail to her, -a massage or an energy-treatment, Esthers response always is "Thank you so much, but I get this from the inside, out!"

    She knows that we know her body intimately,
    and in her relaxed and allowing state,
    we are moving energy, through the path of least resistance!

    Abe:
    This kind of experience often happens, when someone spends too much time in the state of meditation. Because, once the energy flows to you, you really wanna get up and get into your life and let it flow towards your creative ideas, and things that you are wanting! And so, when you are sitting for long periods of time, reaching for energy that has no outlet, than...

    Your IB is taking care of your body every night, like that!
    Your IB is taking care of your body like that, when you are running! Thatīs what athletes do, when they are "in the zone". When that second wind comes, when you feel that new empowerment comes- thatīs all what this is about, you see.

    And when our friend said before about standing up and allowing the energy to flow (while channeling) -a lot of this is: Too long in meditation. Too long sitting. Summoning more energy than you are allowing your body to expend, and so you are having some kinds of these experiences!

    In step 5, you realize that the "itches and twitches" that you translated from OOTV as pain, are really Source, healing you from inside out.


    Abe:
    Esther would not like to go back to that time, before she found that FREEDOM of alignment!

    And that doesnīt mean sheīs always there! But she certainly knows she CAN be there, and she most often IS there. So, step 1 is: Ask. Step 2 is not yours! Step 2 is done by source: Source answers. Step 3 is: You gotta get into the receptive mode. Step 4 is, get REALLY good at the receptive mode. And step 5 is, youīr back in step 1 but you are not mad at yourself!

    You are able to look at what you donīt want, through the eyes of source. You are able to see unwanted things, without it, freaking you out. It doesnīt take you out of alignment! Yah.

    HS:
    And you said in this seminar- I think at the first day, and I had toothache. And you said all this itches and twitches, that you get sometimes, and thatīs just that source gives you Reiki from inside out!

    Abe:
    Yes!

    HS:
    And in this moment, my toothache was gone.
    It was an itch or twitch- and it was SO delicious!


    Abe: Yah!

    HS:
    And when you whacked me the day before, I looked up to the Hotseater that was really meant, and I was filled with such amazing love. It was like the whole room was lighting up, and I have goosebumps right now- it was one of the most powerful things I ever lived. That... what so many people deem to be bad, or unwanted, is-
    when you look at it from the right side, itīs the most beautiful thing.

    Abe:
    We agree. Those are perfect words.

    Why the awkwardness?


    (HS has strange body-sensations. Abe explain, that when you donīt expect and/or allow source to flow, that sensation can become a bit awkward, funny or exaggerated.)

    It was the same for Esther when she began.
    She would put herself in front of the podium and cling to it, for dear life, because she felt unstable. And then, because she wasīnt really ready for the whole of us, we would do a sort of moving her neck around, what was really RIDICULOUS, when she thinks about NOW.

    But there was a sort-of-allowing-the-energy-to-flow
    (spoken in very tense voice, audience begins to laugh about Abe, making fun of this), in some sort of way, and then there was an ahhh- orrrrhhhhh- annnnrrrrrgghhhh- (loud laughter in the audience) ALL KINDS OF UNNECCESSARY gyrations... but they were important! -Jerry was summoning more energy, than Esther was ready for. And so, there was all kinds of convulsing that was taking place, THAT WAS NOT NECCESSARY, to you, you see!

    We donīt wanna freak everyone out!
    When you meditate, youīr NOT going to become weird!


    -Youīr going to become enlightened. And when youīr gonna meditate, lifeīs gonna get EASIER for you, and what isnīt magic, but feels like magic, will begin hapening to you. And wonderful insight will come to you.
