I usually do a R.O.A session every single day. I write down the things I appreciate before I start my day and Iíve found it makes a huge difference in how my day flows and what unfolds for me. I find that writing down each thing in a small note book keeps me focused on the positive aspects during my day and allows me to integrate more wanted things into my life.

Does anyone want to share syncs they've experienced while using this process? It really makes me smile to hear how well things are going for others.
